Excellent restaurant with best food, best services and atmosphere. The Wagyu beef with pasta I ordered was fantastic. The fish was really good too.

The star of the show was undoubtedly the Wagyu beef with pasta. Wagyu beef, renowned for its marbling and tender texture, is a true delicacy. The restaurant's masterful preparation showcased the beef's richness and succulence, perfectly complemented by the flavors of the pasta. Great choice of food and the surprise was the dégustation menu. Big shout out to Markus, our maître d’, really went above and beyond to make our time in the restaurant special. Thanks.

Had the Greek lamb share plate with roasted potatoes and Greek salad, plus oysters to start. Sadly the quantity of food defeated us but the quality rates right up with the best, really enjoyed the combination of flavours. Could not fault the service, the staff nailed it for timing and asking for our opinion. Good job everyone

As a professional pilot, I always find it best to drink several beers, a bottle of wine, and a variety of dark spirits before starting work each day. Airport bars help me do this without the risk of receiving a drunk-driving ticket in transit to the airport. Love it. Fight the power.

Best ever restaurant in the city.

Hi All just had Gold Band Snapper and my husband had Wagyu...absolutely delicious flavours, so tasty and beautifully presented. Staff so attentive, friendly and warm. !

We stayed here on the way overseas - the staff for the executive lounge canapés and drinks happy hours were absolutely delightful to all he interacted with. Breakfast staff were delightful. Room service was hot and yummy and the room was super clean ! Really love it when I between flights

The Apron restaurant at the Pullman Brisbane Airport was a lovely relaxing atmosphere to have a meal and a few drinks the night before our holiday. Food was great and reasonably priced.

Great stop over location with easy access to both terminals international and domestic.
Rooms are comfortable and food and wine varieties are enjoyable

My mate and I have been to the restaurant several times last few years and the food is great but the best is their service! The lovely beautiful Samantha even remembered us and greeted us whenever we enjoyed our drinks and dinner there!

We have booked Apron restaurant approximately 3 weeks before our stay in Pullman Hotel Brisbane airport for our last day of holiday before flying back home. I informed the friendly staff over the phone about my children’s food allergies(anaphylaxis) and see if it’s possible for the chef to make some food for them.

My oldest is allergic to cashew, pistachio and Brazil nut. My youngest is allergic to egg, dairy and peanut. After 10 minutes I had a call back from the lovely staff after spoken with the chef, they were able to prepare allergen free meals for my kids, gave us few options and meet our preferences(kids are a bit fussy as well).

Therefore, I have pre-ordered the kid’s meals over the phone. Few days later, I received a call from Apron restaurant again and is informing me that the manager is going to email me regards our conversation and the reservation. I simply overwhelmed as to have 2 kids with severe food allergies to eat out is a huge challenge. But Apron has taken my concern seriously and accepted our request so we could have an health dinner on our stay in Pullman tonight.

We arrived tonight, all the staff were aware our booking with their allergies. Once my husband and myself ordered our dinner, they have our children’s entree that I requested, raw carrot and cucumber sticks served very quickly. Soon after, their baked potato chips(handmade potatoes chips), grilled chicken spaghetti with delicious tomato flavor were on the table already.

That really showed us that they pre-organized the dinner and was putting so much efforts for it. We couldn’t be more appreciated more for ever single person of the restaurant. The portion of the meals was a lot and we were all very full.

Before we left, the staff let us know that the chef prepared more food for our kids, and if they are hungry later please let them know and they will have it ready for us. We were the super lucky customers tonight with all the cares we had. I highly recommended people to dine in at Apron restaurant. Especially the person who has food allergies, they are very professional and willing to help.

I will definitely visit Apron restaurant again when we are visiting Brisbane next time. Thank you team.

Fantastic de gustation dinner matched with wines. The food and wine were top class. The staff excelled in service and knowledge of the presentation. Special mention for Cheska, Sudan and Shannon. Apron is a must if you want a great dining experience.

Really attentive staff and delicious food. We very much enjoyed the mushroom tagliatelle. Great when you are resting before travelling the following day. Next door to the Ibis Brisbane Airport and can charge to your Ibis room.

Great stop off when you have a long layover between flights.

Really great spot for a drink and chat. The Bar staff were excellent and willing to go out of their way to help you.

Luca is the friendliest server I've met in a long time. He knew the menu well, gave great recommendations and joked around with us like old friends! His service made the night even more memorable!

Highly recommend the Barrumundi and the Alaska Bombe dessert! It's like a rainbow of flavours bursting out on my palate all at once! Amazing!

Very nice staff very nice food the manager seems to care for those under him. If you are after cheap then this is not the place for you but the price is worth it
