Came in to spend "a couple of mins" with my kid looking around but accidentally spent 45 mins! It was too riveting 😂 The person working was super friendly and also let us look around for ages without feeling pressured. They were very helpful when we had questions, and offered interesting info while we were looking at various things. We ended up buying, even though we'd only gone in to have a look!

Served by a very helpful and friendly lady, who went above and beyond to help me out when they didn’t have what I was asked to get.
Thank you Karen.

SMALL KIDS, LONG FLIGHT - LEGO MIGHT BE YOUR SAVIOUR!
Lego is everywhere and well-loved by kids young and old.
This Lego outlet is inside the Brisbane domestic terminal (near the Qantas lounges and opposite the Common cafe).
Things are rearely discounted here but they do offer a decent range of lego toys from the very small pacakages to much larger options.

Last minute Lego shopping at airport

This Lego shop at the airport follows the typical Australian format but in a smaller size. The prices are high, and the staff seemed disinterested. They didn't even participate in the nationwide Lego passport activities.

It's suitable for a brief visit with the kids, but don't expect any significant savings or exclusive boutique items; most of the time, you'll be paying the regular retail prices.

Staff Okay, but disappointing that no offer of the Lego stamp of store for passbook. maybe management needs to jump on board.

Don't get me wrong, great little store with plenty of options for LEGO lovers out there, but atrocious service. Spent 15 minutes waiting to be served, but the kid working seemed to be talking to a family friend. I had to go up to the counter and ask to be served despite waiting beside it the entire time.

Had time to spare so took the kids in to buy something. We started looking at the minifigures as my daughter spotted a little sausage dog accessory, we saw the sign that said don't touch unless you are buying, but we were so we started looking. The lady came to us with not so much as even a hello or smile and said "don't touch it unless you are going to buy it" in a passive aggressive tone and seemed angry with us? We were going to buy....were being the key word. We walked out straight away after being treated like that. Avoid this place.

Had a good look around at their stock. Actually found some sets that have been hard to find in stock at other Lego retailers. I can only imagine that this store possibly has a slow stock turnover due to its location. However, when I inquired if this store was connected to Lego VIP or Lego Certified Stores (ALCEON) VIP programs… the store attendant was incredibly rude. Walked away without purchasing anything.
