My partner and I were desperately needing an accountant. So we called MJM accountants as recommended by a family member who has used MJM for years.

From the get go we explained the situation to their lovely receptionist Tegan who showed that she really cared and wanted to help. Michelle the principal of the firm overheard the conversation that we needed our personal and company tax completed to apply for finance for our first home. On one days notice Michelle organised an appointment for us the next day and assisted us with everything we needed. She answered every question and made us so comfortable throughout the whole process.

Michelle was able to take a messy situation and completely finalise the tax returns and organise the steps for the company tax as well as ensure we received the notice of assessments for our home loan application.

Michelle showed empathy for our situation, understanding and a willingness to help during the busiest time of year for them. Michelle and the whole team from MJM accountants showed professionalism, clear communication, positivity and transparency of the entire process.

I had Tori loooking after my tax affairs and she made the process simple and quick to get my tax ready for submisison. I appreciated her time via face to face meetings and over email. She really turned this often difficult and confusing time for me to get the tax sorted in an easy and quick to do manner.
At the Helensvale office I found all staff helpful and professional. The staff member Emma was really responsive over phone and email and addressed my concerns. Overall I found the cost for services afforable and appreicated their different payement options. I will be a return customer for sure.

I've had nothing but great experiences with all the staff at MJM. Despite some negative experiences with some previous accountants, MJM offers a nice twist on the normal serious nature of accounting practices.
