The whole team at Harry Brown are amazing. I was chasing the new Billson flavours which they told me were arriving that afternoon and we’re willing to give me a call when they arrived in. The delivery arrived as we where walking out the door and they chased us down and grabbed a four pack of each flavour for me. Their customer service was simply amazing!

When I first visited my first thought was “Who the hell is Harry Brown???? What a silly name 🤦🏼‍♀”
Always happy to price match but in saying that, their prices are the lowest I’ve ever encountered. The staff are absolutely fabulous and customer service is impeccable which sadly is so hard to find these days. Pam and the boys have always been on hand to grab what I need and even help me out to my car when I injured my knee.
I wish every store I shopped at would give the outstanding customer service that I receive here.

First time visit since changed from FirstChoice and what a great difference. Staff were excellent...Chris, Pam and others...and were so helpful and informative without being pushy and too close. We went in for a couple of bottles and came out with 16, all of them at very good prices. I always check competitor prices on my phone while shopping so know how good the prices were. The $10-off first time voucher was good too. We will be back.

WOW!!! This is your go to bottle-o! Sorry uncle Dan.... Dr Harry is the Man!!! I visited the Helensvale store and their customer service is A1, i even requested cold drinks on pick up (something you don't do uncle Dan) and my drinks were ice cold ready for me when i arrived. Now down to Prices.... AGAIN way out on top with the prices... i saved over $10 on a carton just by shopping here. Everyone needs to find this Gem of a place!! Massive store with everything you need. You will always have a loyal customer!! See you next week.

Absolutely fantastic change to this store. Lady with blue glasses is just outstanding and has recommended some amazing wines, her service and product knowledge is brilliant. The owner of this business should be very proud.

This lovely establishment has been my local bottle shop since opening around the end of 2022, the team there are super helpful always a pleasure to come into the shop a shoutout to the manager Chris, you have a great team and all of you need to be commended for creating a great customer experience.

It's actually in the parking lot of Westfield Town Centre. Google location is showing the wrong way. Parking on the back side of the town centre then it is on the corner near Coles entry from the back side.

I tried Wirra Wirra Sauvignon Blanc from Adelaide hills. I have to say; it’s my new favourite. Thanks, Laura! I’ll be coming into the shop for more of your top suggestions.
