It's always clean and easy to navigate around. The staff are very helpful. My experience at the checkout was easy and the staff were also very helpful. Always a great reason to shop there!

Rare that I review, but have to call out the excellent customer service from a staff member at Target today. Alex was great, was already busy with putting items on hold for a customer and helped me find multiple products in store. Really helpful and professional.

Amazing experience at Target Helensvale last night. When I reached the register I realised the shoes I was buying had no tag or code / but the lovely young lady on the counter was absolutely amazing - her customer service is fabulous! She reassured it was not an issue and she could find it - small chit chat saying it happens and she can easily find the barcode. But her whole manner was just beautiful - she truely deserves a customer service award and for being the most friendliest and most helpful sales assistant I have had in a long time at any shop.

I was picking up a click and collect order. I was impressed with Julia's service. Regrettably I was feeling sick, so she grabbed me a spew bowl and chair.

I would just like to give some Positive feedback in relation to the young gentleman, (whose name I didn't get) who was working at the checkout area this afternoon.
Well done to him, he was polite, informative, helpful and pleasant, such an asset to your store. Please give this young man a big pat on the back and Employee of the Month and the associated rewards that go with that.
I was very impressed with my shopping experience and just had to tell you about it, people are quick to complain, I just wanted to say Thank you, to this lovely young man, he made my day and I'm sorry I didn't say it to his face.

Impressive Target store, spacious, clean and bright. Merchandise was of an excellent quality. Huge selection of women's workwear which is fantastic, nice changing rooms, Christmas decor looks good too!

Has all the shops necessary to fulfill any shipping agenda staffed with helpful, friendly people. Cafes are also comfortable and reasonably priced.

Although some may argue that Kmart is a better place to shop, targets quality trumps. The saying you get what you pay for really plays into effect here. I used to be a connoisseur for Kmart, frequently buying a range of their cheap and seemingly too good to be true merchandise and then I found that most of the products I received were either faulty, completely broken or break and need replacement within the next couple of months. Target, although more expensive will last you longer with the quality and the in the long run the price is comparable. I much rather the friendly staff at target that help me on my adventures through the aisles and help me get what I need.

Lucky the working class has a store like Target. Good value for a lot of items

The staff was really friendly. I didn't personally need help but they were helpful to people around. There was a good amount of variety and it was more balanced than most Targets.

Even when i go in for a browse I always come out with something I needed. Wonderful n friendly staff very helpful.
Love the clear layout of the store. Very light n easy to find various departments looking across the whole store.

I just got off the phone to Target at Westfield Helensvale. I was after a wooden block storage unit to be put aside for my husband to pick up. The staff member who I spoke to was so friendly and helpful. I'm in a bad reception area for my phone and the call cut out. The staff member was sweet enough to ring me straight back and she was very understanding of my bad reception. It was such a nice change from other places I have shopped, to be put first with customer service. Well done Target and thank you to this staff member.

After my daughter 6 year old had the find of her lifetime, $5 note on the ground, it began to burn a hole in her pocket.
We walked all through Harbour town to no avail, so we went to Target Westfield Helensvale.
Madison was able to purchase not one but two amazing colouring in books with change for a frozen Coke.
She couldn't be happier 🤑😇

A good target, sometimes has items the closer one doesn't have.
