Great location near the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre & Casino Our room was a good size, clean and had a good view of the city. All the staff were all polite, friendly and helpful. Amazing shower pressure and comfortable bed :)

Sofitel Hotel is a fun, entertaining, friendly and clean hotel. It has amazing facilities such as not 1 but 2 pools including a spa! It also includes a dining area as well as a gymnasium. Not only were the facilities clean but the staff were outstanding, they showed excellent hospitality. If I could rate this hotel over 5 I would. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Clean , big rooms had twin share ,kids had their space, lovely big bathrooms.

Loved our recent stay at the Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach.
Lovely rooms with excellent views, (we had the river view instead of the beach view, would get this again next time) nice balcony area to enjoy the evening views. Great location near all main restaurants, Star casino, shops and the beach.
Staff are nice and helpful. Love the restaurant near the pool. The staff were great and I wish I could remember their names to thank them, especially the lady with the accent and the other lady who handed our little ones some activities to complete. Interacted with our little ones and the food was outstanding. Using the Accor plus discount was great as well. The pool areas were so lovely and relaxing.
Can't wait to come back and enjoy more time at this hotel.

The staff were amazing here. Always was greeted by them and were really friendly. Couldn’t complain about the housekeeping as well. The buffet breakfast was also really good, with a big variety of food choices. I would recommend the Sofitel to anyone as I have no complaints and would definitely stay there again.

This was our first time staying at the Sofitel and from the moment we arrived to the day of departure we had nothing but praise for the excellent customer service received by all staff. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, so much variety, barista coffee available for both in-house and takeaway consumption. Omelettes made to order too! Always greeted with a smile, polite, courteous and attentive. Pool facilities and bar service outstanding. Bed was extremely comfortable, great soft pillows too! Bed made daily, room cleaned, fresh towels delivered, absolutely nothing to fault! Simply brilliant! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable, relaxing and memorable!

Stopped at the Sofitel for 5 days during our stay on the Gold Coast. Great location within walking distance of the beach, shops and excellent cafe's, bars, and restaurants. A much nicer pace than the hustle and bustle of central Surfer's.

Such a well set out and well appointed hotel. The room we stayed in with a beautiful view had everything we needed. Such friendly attentive staff. The buffet breakfast was one of the best (if not the best) we have ever had with superb choice. Staff in Bistro 03 were wonderful. A great area near the pool for meals and drinks. Will definitely recommend and stay again.

Found the hotel very good value, tidy rooms . Staff very friendly, dining was awesome if you’re looking for a fine dining experience. The staff at the restaurant were very friendly and engaging. Well worth a visit.

Had a great time at the Sofitel. Stayed in a premium suite ocean front view room. Great location, large room and quiet floor. Location was top notch and the shower pressure was excellent (stand out). Was tossing up between this and the QT - very happy with my choice. Enjoy!

We had a mostly enjoyable and easy stay at the Sofitel in Broadbeach.
The breakfast buffet couldn't be faltered and we were grateful to have such a great start to the day.
Out only complaint is that the so called heated pool was too cold to swim in and enjoy and the unheated pool was never contemplated.
So as a result we spent only two hours at the pool over our ten day stay which was very disappointing.
The cleaning staff did a great job.

We stayed here a few weeks ago when it was School kids holidays. We decided to travel when QLD kids went back so that it wouldn’t be too busy. The hotel was very sophisticated and staff were lovely. The rooms were very clean and they have the most fluffiest pillows I have ever slept on. I must get a pillow like those. Highly recommend and Broadbeach is a lovely area. It was very close to Surfers.

We came up for a Victorian long weekend and needed to stay centrally on the Gold Coast and Broadbeach Sofitel is definately the best spot. Located close to everything the hotel is run well and even though it has dated its in great condition and great value. The beds are comfortable and the amenities are great.

Stayed here as it was central to what we wanted to see whilst there.
The man who checked me in was friendly and efficient. Just wish he had told us to remove our bags from the car before parking as there are stairs to get to the lift in the car park.
Our room had a great view of the beach and also 2 windows that looked to the west.
The food in the Bistro on 3 was very good for breakfast and dinner. The bar in the restaurant was very busy the first night we were there so service was slow, but the staff were still excellent. Went back on the Friday night and there was only one man working as all the others called in sick. He was doing a good job serving people and ended up getting help from the restaurant staff.

Great hotel, very friendly staff, good size rooms, a bathroom room with a bath! Beds very comfortable. Stayed for a conference held in the same location. Food provided was good. Would stay again.

Stayed at Sofitel Broadbeach for a conference. Well located with clean and great sized rooms. Beds were comfy. View was fantastic, location perfect - surrounded by great restaurants and attached to a shpping centre. Would stay there again.

Location was perfect, right where all the bars, restaurants, and casino are at Broadbeach. Hotel is a bit run down, although loved the black out curtains. There were no snacks at the mini bar. Lunch at Bistro3 was really good and used my Accor dining benefits. Also enjoyed the pool, but in late afternoon there are often no fresh towels left, waited for about 20 min for it to be refilled after making the issue known to a staff member. The wait time for the lifts going to the carpark was quite busy on a Saturday. Overall a good stay.

Our company stayed at Sofitel Broadbeach, Gold Coast, in February 2024. Rooms were clean and spacious. Service and concierge were helpful whenever we needed assistance.
The hotel conference facilities were fantastic with audio/visual equipment all working and intuitive, and a huge huge IMAX-like display in the main conference room making for an outstanding and modern conference experience. The seamless technology experience was identical in all the smaller conference rooms as well.
After checking out, I realised I had lost my Apple airpods during my stay. The hotel staff and event manager, Trent, were incredibly helpful, identifying that my airpods were found in the room report, and organising for it to be delivered to my home. Definitely went above and beyond with their helpfulness. I'm definitely grateful for the excellent service and responsiveness.
