Mount Buller Chalet Hotel & Suites

We stayed for 4 nights and we had the best time! An awesome central location and great clean facilities. We were at the pool and spa everyday and the king studio room was a good size that was perfect for what we needed.
The best thing about our stay was the service we received from Claire. From the beginning, before our visit and right thought-out she was a standout.
Warm, welcoming, helpful and so personable. Such an asset to the business and to all who visit! Thank you so much!

I have now had the pleasure of staying at the chalet twice his summer, and both times I have been overwhelmed with the high quality of staff working here. They are welcoming, friendly, generous and made my whole stay such a wonderful experience. I would especially like to mention Grace, Shay and Paxton who went above and beyond to make my stay an enjoyable one, in times of staffing challenges in particular, these women are a true asset and make your stay a delight.

Great location regarding access to the village and Bourke St. We had a suite on level 6. The pull out bed was not super comfortable, but the amenities were very good. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Be aware of the noise on the Bourke St side during the late evening with the machines working on the mountain. Would stay again.

Amazing food. Nothing was too much trouble at the reception desk. Room was beautiful with a fantastic view. Old but very well maintained. Loved our stay. Definitely return

The Chalet is a great location for our annual family ski trip. The pool and spa are a nice bonus after a day on the slopes. Dinner at the Black Cockatoo restaurant is divine.

The place is amazing, well suited for all needs. Staff is really friendly and helpful. It is definitely a great place to hold a business meeting.

Out of all the hotels in Mt Buller, this one is the best since it is very cosy inside. The breakfast is so delicious!!!
