Super helpful and friendly staff. It was a busy Saturday but they did their best to accommodate all requests and get us kitted-out and ready to go

Thanks guys & gals for being there when us Mountain Bikers needed you.
Having the store with excellent coffees and banter on the mountain just made the time on the mountain perfect.
A special mention to Ness for taking my girl out for a skills session. Ness' inspired confidence in her and I would highly recommend Ness to any girl/lady wanting to progress their skills.
Thanks again ATC.

Busted a tube while out for a day trip today. ATC had me back up and running very quickly. Friendly service and very good prices.

We had a great day renting bikes.
All were in good working order, and the trip from the village to Mirimbah via the Delatite River track was really good.

Disappointed with the price of shuttles and waiting time for them. Pricing shuttles $65 on weekends and $75 on public holidays and then still getting surcharges for tax and credit card use is unacceptable, especially when the only way to buy is online. Not to mention the wait for the shuttles varied from anywhere up to 20 minutes wait. Really wish buller opened the lift more often as it’s much better value for price and offers little waiting time. As if atc are the main sources for shuttles next season, I won’t be purchasing if the prices are this expensive.

Wish I read the reviews and asked around before I spent money here as it seems pretty common.
Rented a DH bike, which should be ready to handle the rocky trails at Mt Buller. But instead they had tubes and thin casing tyres on it. So I spent most of the day walking with flat tyres or waiting for repairs in the shop. One time the "mechanic" used metal tyre leavers to get a new tyre on and pinched another tube.. 40min later I got out on a different bike and had two very cruisey runs in total for the whole day.. So I thought Id ask for some money back as I had barely done any riding..
True story - That was laughed off and denied while the staff "hat sideways type of bros" (same ones that struggled installing a tyre)gave me rider skill jokes as I left. $170 I regret.
