Friendly staff and great quality rental equipment made the ski experience a pleasure!

This is was my first time skiing and first time ever using any kind ski gear. The gentlemen who helped our family were very friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and funny! Really enjoyed our experience there. Afterwards, using their gear, we realized what a fantastic job they did fitting us all out. The gear was comfy and in great condition. Thanks guys. Will come back again.

The best place to rent equipment. The staff is always very friendly and nice and very knowledgeable about the gear. As I don't own my ski gear I have gone through quite a few rental places over the years - on the mountain and under. This place is by far the best by miles. Once I am up the mountain, I head straight to Grimus, no point in going anywhere else.

This is the diary time o have hired gear in many years. Why didn't I hire boots sooner. They fired perfectly, so perfect I want to buy them. I want rushed and tried on a few boots till I got the right pair.

Friendly and very responsive and respectful when I needed to go down in boot size and up in ski length. Highly recommended. Convenient location too. Ski out close to their door. And amazing coffee right next door!

Another memorable stay at Grimus. The best ski in, ski out location on the mountain with excellent ski hire on site. The professional staff were welcoming and attentive ensuring my ski gear was tailored to suit my needs. Nothing was too much trouble, with any adjustments required done without any need to leave the mountain. Already booked in for next year!

First time in Mt Buller and we were really lucky to have met Axial who was extremely helpful. He was very kind and friendly with the kids as well. The rest of the staffs were very approachable and willing to help. Highly recommended.

The friendly staff at Grimus were exceptionally helpful and fun! Had a great time interacting with them and would definitely recommend them to get your ski equipement rentals from, pretty close to the ski sch as well for returns~

I rented skis and poles from Grimus last weekend and the service was fast and efficient and the gear was very good quality. I extended my rental by a day and that was easy to do and I just paid the additional amount on return. I would definitely recommend Grimus at Mt Buller to rent your ski gear.
