Just had a fantastic appointment with Brooke at the Melbourne clinic, addressing a number of competing issues, and have come away with a professional fit of boots, liners & orthotics.

I was skeptical about needing a proper fit; that is until I tried on the boots at the end of the process. I'm so excited to get out there again knowing that every minute I'm in those boots won't feel like torture!

Such great service - I walked in there with no appointment first thing in the morning and Caleb helped me straight away, despite having another appointment coming in soon. They assessed me and took a thorough look at my boot to ensure it wasn't going to exacerbate the issue I was having with my plantar fasciitis. Caleb took a mould off my foot to commence the process of making me custom footbeds for my boots. I was able to duck off and take my kids up to ski school for their lesson and then drop back in to collect the boots. Caleb said in order to claim back on my private health insurance I just needed to meet with their podiatrist who was coming in that afternoon. I made my appointment with Rosie for later that day.
I went back at the end of the day and Rosie assessed me also and gave me an overview of my issue and why (biomechanically) this could be happening. She was super helpful.
Due to the custom footbeds Caleb made for me I was able to ski for 3 days without the plantar fasciitis pain that I have been experiencing for so long. I couldn't ski last year because of it.
And the best part - I was able to claim 70% of the full amount I paid back from my health fund. Amazing. Couldn't recommend enough!!! if you are having discomfort issues with your feet in ski boots - get into Orthoski. They will help you out so much!!!

After surgery I was left with a large odd shaped ankle that doesn't move very much in any direction. All other boot fitters I contacted said they were unable to help. I'm extremely grateful to Ray and the team at Ortho Ski as without their skills and experience my skiing days would have been over! Complete professionals in every aspect of the process and I couldn't be happier with the result!

Fantastic service by Krista & Ray. Ray took the time to work out the problems I was having with my ski boots & how to alleviate the pain in my feet & Krista designed specific orthotics. I had orthotics made for my skate ski boots. They also fit my hiking boots and have made such a difference to my feet. All numbness is gone when I wear the orthotics
