Big thank you to Manoj. He helped me and my partner to find the very tool that we were looking for. We went to Bunnings Gungahlin yesterday to return the drill driver that we bought several months ago as the battery didn’t work. Guess what, We only used it for like twice, tops. However, we lost the receipt so the staff couldn’t track the record of purchase. This was when we bumped into Manoj, he approached us to see if we were in need of help, actually we were, trying to buy a new drill driver and take the old one home. After listening to our story, this guy basically walked us through each one of the tools standing on the shelves, giving us thorough info about the function and practicality of each one of them. More importantly, he offered to help us return the old one and give us the refund. We then bought the very one he recommended at a reduced price. This guy truly demonstrated what it is like to be patient and professional and nice. I know this might sound trivial to some people, but for me and my partner, this meant a lot. Really appreciate it, we had a very pleasant shopping experience here thanks to this guy and other helpful staff. Thank you very much.

I have to mention every time I visit this Bunnings that I actively look for Brett (green life expert) to assist me. His knowledge of locations of products and horticultural knowledge is excellent! I also mention Brett is the kind of affable person that is a joy to be around and talk to. It is clear Brett wants to help customers and not just because it is his job. I hope Bunnings values staff like this. He is the reason I would travel to a chain store vs a garden centre for expert knowledge and assistance.

Brett is an amazing person. This guy is an allrounder. He was very helpful with my questions in relation to lawn and plant foods. He didn't rush to just finish off but took his time to ensure I had the right product for situation.

We visited Bunnings nursery Saturday 13th to purchase hedging plants and get advice on our garden.
We were met at the entrance by a team member called Brett who was very joyful and happy and offered us amazing help and advice.

A huge store with plenty of stock, you can always find everything you need. There's always lots of bulk buys as well, where they're selling products for excellent value-for-money if you're there at the right time. Parking is super easy and convenient, and staff are friendly, helpful, numerous.

Awesome please. Very convenient please located in heart of Gungahlin. Different type of plants there bonsai, fruit, flower and seeds. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable they will help to find anything you want from garden section. Price also very reasonable when comparing with other places. They have good selection of tools and hardware. The cleaning items, car wash machine and any other machine you want this is the best place. They have undercover fee onsite parking and lots of parking space available.

Website great to give you isle numbers so you know exactly where your item will be. It's never a quick visit though as Bunnings have so many things that you just have to have. Love the plant section, paint section and tools.

I think the best bunnings around. Staff are super happy and eager to help you. Good prices and so so much to look at and buy. Definitely recommending to family and friends

One of the biggest Bunnings in CBR. Pretty much everything is available as expected. Staff is sometimes less but friendly and helpful.

Always best service staffs are very helpful.

I always say that Bunnings is a one stop shop to buy all the items for your house construction needs. They also sell many other products. However the key thing would be to research the products before you buy them to avoid any disappointment.

Always enjoy shopping here but the doorman this afternoon 5/1/2024 made it an extra fun time. Keep up the good work!!

We were lucky to have our bond money back all due to the expert advise by Gurdeep at the paint desk, he helped us pick the right tools and products needed to fix the various dents and holes in our walls, he also matched the colour of our wall perfectly and answered all our lame questions patiently and diligently. Highly recommend to see Gurdeep if you’re having trouble getting an expert advise.
