Daily Market Groceries - Asian Grocer

Amazing quality and range! Best and largest Asian supermarket ( not shop….supermarket!) I’ve seen outside of Sydney! It’s newly built in the new upper floor extension of Gungahlin market place. Huge chilled and Freezer section including pre- sliced ribbon thin beef for soup ready to go looks amazing, can’t wait to try!

Not to invalidate other's experiences, but I would take the negative reviews with a pinch of salt. Having visited many Asian grocers with friends (initially asian friends) both here and Brisbane, they're difficult to enjoy without an open-mind. Leave all judgements at the door, and embrace your natural curiosity and sense of wonder.

If you do this, your visits will be much more enjoyable. Do not expect to master all Asian food from day one, you will only leave disappointed. Here are photos of a few treats I got myself. The peanut cookies are delightful, the fried chicken corn snacks are a must-buy on every visit, and every visit I leave with a tenth of what I desire because they have a million wonders.

They have a lot of good Asian groceries here. They are not cheap but at least good quality and authentic. The bao here are not too bad, but dumplings are fantastic. Regards @fooderarri

Massive store that stocks a lot of Chinese groceries. Heaps of shelves were still empty as they just opened not that long ago. Price is quite fair. Will check back later when there’s more stock added.

They weren't that bad. My mother always goes there and all the workers are nice and all. Even my old friend's mother works here and she is quite nice (might be the manager i dont know). All the food is good and everything there was alright. People say it's kinda of bad i dont know how but I may understand the meaning.

But in other ways, I can't blame anyone I can't just force them to like this shop. But in my opinion. I like it! Keep up the good work!!

Handy place to get Asian groceries in this new area of Gungahlin. Seems to stock Chinese, Korean et Vietnamese items. Unfortunately there weren’t enough freshly baked pork buns for the demand. Some writing was only in Chinese.
Location on the first floor makes it less practical to carry heavy items.
