I can always find exactly what I'm looking for. Bigw is always very neat tidy and clean. Click and collect orders are organised rapidly, and the staff always helpful.

A nice big, modern store with lots of stock. Parking is convenient, it's easy to get around, and you can always find what you want.

Huge BigW, near lots of other stores, lots of under parking, easy walk to other shopping centres with good pedestrian access.

I go to this store everytime I visit Australia. Lots of items to choose from, good prices and everything different and unique that I won't ever find in Canada.

Always good finds. I buy some good essentials from there like massive shower gel, deoderants, kids clothes and sports wear.

This Big W is my favourite always welcomed with a smile, store is super clean and well stocked. Staff are helpful, informative and friendly. And they always have enough registers open so there is never a line up.

I've always enjoyed shopping here very much; great range and prices and good service from staff who are helpful without being in your face when you just want to walk around and look.Recently I was browsing when I had a dizzy spell and felt quite unwell; a staff member called Georgia came to my aid,getting me seated,giving me water and chocolate in case it was a blood sugar issue.She was very kind and looked after me very well,which made the experience less scary for me.I am most grateful to Georgia and Big W generally.Many thanks indeed.

I'm impressed by how well they maintained the store so clean despite being a big store. Well organized too and easy to follow pricing. It has a good/wide range of products. A staff even greeted me when I was passing by an aisle, totally unexpected, but in a good way. Keep up the good work!

Thank you to the staff at Gungahlin after a busy day not been able to find what I was after on many occasions, I walked in thinking this is going to be a nightmare... what a surprise the store was so welcoming and clean and I think it was Nicky that helped my son and I, she was amazing and made my shopping experience a pleasure, she was so patient with my son and helped me so much. I will definitely make the trip out there just to get the excellent customer service.

Spent time at the Gungahlin BigW, always a good bargain on some kids toys, clothing and manchester. Low prices, ok quality and range of products are always enjoyable to look around and get something for the kids.

The staff at this Big W are great. Kosa is a real star. She manages to make each customer feel like a VIP. in these difficult times she is a breath of fresh air and one of the main reasons I love to use this store. Well done Big W for choosing great staff.
