It was great. I was greeted by Sam and she helped me out with looking for earphones. Sam drew on her own experiences as well as other customers to help me choose. Excellent customer service👌. Very rare.

It's less cluttered than I've seen other stores. The staff are very helpful - when you can hold one down :D

I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy A9+ tablet as a Family present for my Mum's 80th Birthday in late January. The friendliness and professionalism of both Courtney and Annie was second to none, particularly as it was 10mins to close. Not only did they have no hesitation in answering all of my questions politely, but also allowed me to secure a fantastic deal in the package I'd purchased. I get all my tech needs from here. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. The environment is fit for people who are into tech stuff. For Gamers, this is probably paradise *it's better than EB games*

Went in with only one goal in mind: get a new TV. Bryce helped my partner and I reach this goal..he recommended the best tv for us and we both couldn't be happier. Was delivered next day. 10/10 would recommend

I just came from the store and I was served by such an amazing employee by the name Shak, this guy has the patience of a saint… the brother helped me with all the items and accessories that I needed. We went back and forth with prices and found the more suitable ones to my budget… I’m fully satisfied sir. My wife will be happy with her new MacBook. Super impressed that at least you knew exactly what we’re talking about, with specs and what not… if you’re reading and come across the brother Shak in store, this guy knows his stuff. You won’t be let down.. you know even as I was on my way to the car, he ran out of the store to remind me of a plan that I totally forgot about regarding a 500 dollar voucher. JB Hi-Fi at Mount Druitt is great for both click and collect and browsing. Orders are picked really quickly and are no fuss. The staff are great too. All of my transactions here have been straightforward. I recommend this store for no fuss purchases!

Honestly one of the best JB’s I’ve been too. Daniel was so helpful and kept my stuff aside and what I spent in other JB stores and retailers was done in less than a 10 min phone call and 5 mins in store. The lady at the counter was super helpful too and kind I didn’t catch her name. Definitely better than the Penrith and other stores.
