Coles Mount Druitt

This rating is for the coles click and collect staff at Mt Druitt which I have been a regular collecting my online shop for some time. The click and collect staff are very thorough, they come out on time and are always willing to help with great customer service. I like that they have found another route near the charity bins for customers to collect too as it was harder when people not collecting would park in those click and collect bays. I appreciate these staff and their customer service.

Very busy,festive season, it's busy in most places this time of year. Still great people & helpful happy staff.

It is a very good place to buy everyday needs. Coles is our favourite store.

Lost of parking with great selection of shops to choose from. Having recently updated and added extra eating option to top floor

Just want to say that staff member Ange is the best. She has worked there for years and has always been friendly and happy to help you. She was so helpful to all of us on Friday evening when the self serve checkouts were not functioning great. She never got flustered and helped us all one by one. She knows her stuff too and how to fix a problem quickly. Great work Ange and I hope Coles appreciate their exceptional staff members like her. She deserves an award.

We visited Coles Mt Druitt today Saturday 08 Oct 2022 and impressed by the very good service we have received. Staff named Ashley personally handed the item that we were looking for. Thanks Ashley. My recommendation for shopping. It is a Fantastic Store!

One stop shop for all the groceries, ration items & approachable being very near to parking area.

Ever since we moved to St Marys, this place was a blessing for us during covid lockdowns.

Now, other than inflation in prices everything is great.

Great people love them as they all are very friendly and always help you with smile. Not like other store where staff hate to serve you. But at this place all the staff members are very nice polite and great positive attitude. 💓💓💓

Nice clean store amazing staff

Mt Druitt helped me when tabacco buyers pushed me away after buying phone products and staff member didn't get a chance to give me a receipt so they gave me a gift card to use in the store which helps after rude tabacco customers couldn't wait 2 minutes for me to make my purchase.

Busy Coles friendly stuff always stocked

From what I've seen, theres a heap of really lovely employees and assistants working here. Given the sheer amount of people they have to deal with, it's quite admirable if you think about it!
Physical-store wise, there's a tonne of variety in terms of product availability, especially given the large store space/size *.*
Usually very clean/organized and overall this really contributes to a great customer experience.
