Great customer service

Made my FIRST ever online order and watched the

clock for pickup time..

I decided not to wait and drove there. Upon arrival

was told he had no idea how I could make a

purchase for 2 items, when there were none in

stock.

After much discussion, then talking with his

manager on the phone, because I didn't want money

back, his manager authorized him to make me an

offer which I accepted and I left VERY happy with

2 similar items.
