Broadbeach Day and Night Chemist is our family’s preferred pharmacist on the Gold Coast.

Everyone of the Pharmacists seem to really care about not only providing a positive delivery of medication but also a keen interest in how the medication is effective and working.

Pharmacist Chris in particular has always been so personable while providing honest recommendations and advice.

Two days ago our 5 month old was vomiting regularly in a short period of time and his advice was to try to feed him hydrolites but to also consider taking him to the hospital if the vomiting continued. The Dr at Pindara we saw an hour later when the vomiting didn't stop praised Chris’s advice to act sooner rather than later. Because they did not need to be put our son on to drips to rehydrate him from dehydration. He was treated with medication that was not over the counter and came home with us that night.

We forget that Pharmacists have so many roles to play and required to be knowledgable about so many constantly changing medications - their uses and side effects. Not only that but also to provide Covid shots and flew shots and deal with a variety of sick customers.

Not all pharmacies are alike. If you want care with your prescription refills; the team at Broadbeach Day and Night Chemist are the go to on the Gold Coast.

Absolutely brilliant service. Friendly staff and a brilliant chemist who assessed my symptoms and helped me make an appointment with the Medical Centre across the road within minutes of my arrival and the followed up with advice when I returned with my prescription. Many thanks.

What can I say you went above and beyond what anyone should do. We really appreciate your time and help. It's amazing I tell the minister of war and finance gold coast is no good. Then the gold coasts people prove no matter what you think the PEOPLE make the place and the people here are helping the gold coast to shine. As it should.

I have been using this pharmacy since it opened. It's service is the best I've ever come across. Heman the Head pharmacist is extremely knowledgeable and has taken time even when its really busy to inform and advise me on medication. He's also very thorough and quick at dispensing scripts and never makes you feel as though your taking up his time. The ladies that work there are awesome soooo helpful and again have a great knowledge of products. I would refer this pharmacy to everyone!

Just wanted to thank the lovely staff at the chemist (last week) who I assisted when a lady became aggressive towards them she was shouting and throwing her prescription at them this lady became so aggressive that she passed out on the floor snd as I am a registered nurse I went to assist her by keeping her safe and to maintain her airway as she was in fact blue and unresponsive clearly had other medical issues going on
I assisted her young son and husband as well providing information and emotional support as did the chemist staff and waited in the chemist to hand over her cares to the ambulance paramedics on arrival
The staff were clearly in shock at this event however were so considerate assisting myself and the patient by moving display equipment at my request so as to ensure the safety of the patient and bringing me soft pillows and cold towels to aid this ladies comfort

This is not my normal Chemist and the normal place do not do anything wrong but the lady that helped me tonight went way beyond, I really appreciate the help and advice and will return for my normal scripts now I’ll will go out of my way. Thank You

One of the best little chemist around, very helpful staff, great customer service, the pharmacists are quick to get to know you and will suggest ways of managing your prescriptions that are really insightful. They have a little bit of everything as well as a newsagency and Gocard sales and top ups. Very conveniently positioned right next to the Glink, while not in the main shopping centre so you can just duck in get what you need and duck out again.

Just picked up some medication, last minute after hours. The pharmacist and the lovely lady who served me were extremely helpful & friendly. So great. Thanks team. (Also has parking nearby if you just want to dash in and out) 😁

I have used BROADBEACH DAY AND NIGHT CHEMIST for over 4 years. As a Dr. I am always impressed with the level of service and knowledge of both attending chemists , named Heman and Chris. They are always prepared to go out of their ways to solve any issues. I also referred several patients who I know are quite happy with the level of service. I highly recommend.
