We booked a Dial a Driver mini bus for a day trip to the Hunter Valley with some American guests. I had to contact the vineyards previously to book in for our large group, and Dial a Driver asked for the vineyards and times before the day. But the driver we had, Graham, had the list of vineyards on one piece of paper and a list of the addresses on a second piece of paper and really couldn't put the two together. He wanted to pull into a vineyard fist because it was on the list but was annoyed that I said we had a booking and had to go in the order on the list. Then he put in the address of one of the vineyards into his GPS and started driving away from all the signs pointing to that vineyard. My American guests were pointing this out to him but he trusted his GPS. And then we got to the GPS's point of arrival, the Cessnock airport which he proudly reported to be our destination. Later on, he pulled into Hunter Valley Gardens and then a Hotel before we pointed out that it also wasn't the vineyard we wanted to go to. It was two days before my wedding and this really shook me. I called the company during this to say I din't trust the driver but they said there was nothing they could do and technically he had gotten us to where we wanted to go.

I was conversing with whoever schedules the drivers, multiple times during the day before we had an event on in the evening.
I was 100% assured that there would be no problem arranging a driver to bring us home.
So we drove into the city, safe in the knowledge that the car and us as passengers would be returning home no issue.
Once we were on the last legs of the evening I called to schedule a driver.
I was again told no problem I’ll come back to you with someone in 15 min.
A few more drinks and some food later, I called again to confirm pick up.
No answer, texted, no reply. Called again, no answer. Called at least 10 more times and texted. Absolutely zero response.
After 2 hours we finally came to the conclusion that we would not be able to secure a driver and not only would we have to Uber home, our car would be left in city parking overnight and we would again need to head back the next day to get it.
Absolutely disgusting behaviour to not even have the decency to contact me and let me know there would be no driver.
