Diffently coming back here.
Food service and atmosphere is outstanding.
If you sit down near the bistro watch out for a cheaky kookaburra, he will swoop down and self serve.
Great place to chill bout and have a drink and meal.

One of the best pubs I've been to. Visited them with my Holden & LS Owners Club on our Cruise. The team there, the atmosphere, the food..... far ahead of many others... hoping to visit them again with friends. Thanks to the super friendly team at the Toolshed.

Been quite a few years since I have had a meal here, and what can I say.... the food was fantastic! Chicken Kiev was absolutely delicious! Bar staff were friendly, happy and great to chat to. Fabulous atmosphere here - it really vibes :)

Great Pub for a super tasty meal. Set in amongst the Native birds & Forest this makes a great destination for a day trip from Melbourne or even a weekend with a stay in their bush setting cottages. Catering also for Car Enthusiasts or Motorcycle riders & clubs this Pub offers a superb authentic Australian old time Pub with a great outdoor area filled with native birds. Highly recommend this hidden gem

Arrived there when it was closed, but the owner opened up each venue, turned on the lights and showed me around. The ambience and surroundings are second to none. I'll be back for a few beers and a meal, but if that's as good as the service and ambience then I'd rate this as one of the best country pubs in the country! Not to be missed!

Had an awesome gluten free chicken schnitzel today at the Toolshed in Noojee.
Being a coeliac I asked a few questions about what would be safe and they were great at answering questions and providing reassurance. They even have a fryer that is dedicated to gluten free. Everyone else at my table enjoyed their food and said it was really good. Thanks Toolshed- we hope to be back again soon

Staff were so lovely. Food was fantastic. The atmosphere was amazing.

It’s not often you find staff that are so friendly and willing to help, had a small hiccup with my order and the lovely staff where extremely apologetic and helpful. Good food great staff and immaculate vibes.
Beautiful scenery as well.
Would recommend, have gone back and will continue to.

Arrived at 12:10 for lunch, plenty car parking available, decided go with indoor seating immediately direct to table, We hadn't made a reservation, super friendly staff offered to switched on the near by TV for the kids to watch the Olympic Games. Food was sensational and good size, everything we ate was fresh and delicious. The decor is a stunning mix of vintage photos on the wall and old country pub feeling, the rest room is super clean. One small suggestion to the owner might think list some local beers on tap would wonderful, we had fantastic time here! Highly recommend from a Google Local Guide and pub food connoisseur!

Best pub in Noojee, don’t bother with that other one. Have a look at the meals we got, the atmosphere is great too. We regularly ride and eat here as a stop over.

Stayed overnight here in the September school holidays; beautiful little cabin, recently refurbished and immaculately clean. The cabins are spaced apart so that you have quiet, uninterrupted views of the bush and the LaTrobe river. A short walk back to the Bar, Bistro or further on into the small town of Noojee.

First time visiting this place with our friends who rave about it. Safe to say we will definetly be back. Great rustic pub like place with a great atmosphere. Very kid friendly with swings and a beautiful outside garden for kids to explore. Highly recommend a visit.

We had a great two nights in a cabin here. Lovely dinner at toolshed, the servings are huge. Stay friendly great atmosphere. Highly recommend. Close to water falls and lovely walls and a beautifully river out front.

Absolutely loved this place! Amazing food and the best cooked steak Ive had in a long time. Relaxed super friendly country folk staff. The grounds are a playground for kids and the decor is great! Will definitely be back!! Is super busy at lunch times on weekends so definitely recommend booking! We went after the lunch rush and it was perfect 😊

Spectacular little pub hidden away in Noojee. Cosy atmosphere, there was a live band on the day we visited. Family friendly with a good grass area for the kids to run around and a very small swing set. Food was great.

If only I had more time, The place was rustic, Peaceful, charming, could imagine sitting drinking at the bar with the fire roaring with people eating, laughing and playing pool. Absolutely loved it. The team were welcoming and lovely. Had so many historical pictures of yester years. Loved it.

Rustic relaxed old world place with an earthy, timber and nature immersed feeling to it. Great family restaurant, cafe pub or bar whatever your taste with loads of nostalgic memorabilia, best hearty meals and food, kids playground area and plenty of shade outside. Would be an excellent function or wedding venue, with accommodation nearby.

I visit the Toolshed once or twice a year with my family, and it's absolutely amazing every time. The atmosphere is unmatched. The service is fantastic and the food is delicious. I'm filled with joy every time we round the bend to head up to the Toolshed. If you have never been before, you should endeavour to go at your next opportunity.

The only thing to note, is the drive up is very steep, but my old commodore did it just fine so I imagine most cars could do it without a fuss.
