Limberlost Trail Bike Visitors Area

I'm giving 5 stars because I love the whole surroundings of this rest area as it's deep in the rainforest, and the trees are amazing. The rest area was convenient, close to the road, and with shelter, map, seating, and table. When I visited, it was after days of rain, so the ground was quite muddy in areas. There is a 'long drop' toilet that's very rustic, and with no paper - at all - and perhaps, ever :D. I think this must be because paper might get too damp in the rainforest environment. The toilet shelter made me smile, though, because everything about it was so rustic - as if perfect for the rainforest. Even the bench had moss on it!

Really good facility. Good parking and reasonably clean toilet if required

Lovely quiet spot with fire places, drop toilet and picnic tables.

Good place for a lunch stop on a bicyle ride. There is a toilet and shelter. It is well back from the main road.

4wd access no problem in a family sedan you would have to be careful not to ruin your car , massive pot holes ridiculous actually , nice views but not worth wrecking your car

Came here for the first time, wasn't very impressed with the tracks or should I say lack of. I couldn't find any decent tracks. Not a bad area to camp and fish but not great for dirt bikes and 4wds
