Hungry Jack's Burgers Waurn Ponds

I thought to try the new plant-based whopper. Big mistake. The mystery patty was bone dry and didn't have a lot of flavour. This is a shame because the original vego whopper was actually decent. The original was also bigger, whereas this was not as filling. No idea why the changed it. Nevertheless the service was good and I've never really had any trouble at this store otherwise.

Good for the kids and a sometimes food.
Were pretty slow to serve me at the counter, too busy talking.
Rest of the service ok but nothing to be proud of.

Consistent great food. Never a long wait. Usually tables. Always clean . Chips crispy and just right. Burgers are always made well. Staff always smiling.

A burger at last that makes you full. Where is it? I heard you asked. Go to Waurn Ponds shopping centre. Find Shell service station and look for the Jack's sign.

I had amazing service from a lovely girl named Azaria (i think that was on her name badge) She was nice with taking my order and was patient when i was deciding! definitely coming back here again!

Food is good should be hotter but still fills me up. Service was awesome quick and efficient the atmosphere is a meh very plain and boring should open a store in Geelong city lots of potential

Better compared to McDonald.. Veg and Nonveg options are available.. that's plus point for Vegetarian customer..

One time they gave me a free burger here by accident....it was the second best thing which has ever happened to me.

Staff were very helpful and prompt with their service.

I went there a little while ago now & would return if I/when I visit the area another time. It's like the Hungry Jacks when it first came to Australia; the burgers were 5 ⭐ w lots of fresh salad & their delicious char-grilled patties. Chips were also 🔥 & Drinks cold w post-mix spot on. Just wish All HJs were like this one. Went through DriveThru & service was Quick & Friendly also. V Impressed! Great work to whoever Managers this store & hires their Top Staff. Thanks! 🐞

Best Hungry Jacks I've ever been to. Always come here when I'm hungry. This place makes the Grill Masters burgers properly. They always make the perfect chips as well! I'm from QLD and this has to be one of the best Hungry Jacks in VIC.

Access from the road can be a bit perilous if you don't know what lane to get in.

24 hour drive through team always happy and bubbly and the chips are always on point. Try the plum sauce.

Perfect. The salad on our burgers were fresh and crisp. Full of flavour. The buns were soft and lovely. The rest of the burger was just lovely too. Full of flavour and freshly cooked.

Food was good, staff and service was good. Shame about the feral teenagers in whom thought it was okay to leave all the tables covered in rubbish and leftovers. No respect for anyone else....then had the cheek to ask a trainee to clean it all away for them..... thankfully she told them to clean their own rubbish away....
