I was served at the booth by a very pleasant young man with braids named Noah. He was very thorough with his manner, and went above and beyond to ensure the quality of the customer service was top tier.

Just wanted to shout out the guy at the payment window on Tuesday 29th August @ 10:10pm. Amazing service and enthusiastic about his job! Keep it up :)

Very dirty place. I would love it to be a lot cleaner. Would not recommend

This Maccas is probably the best Maccas in Geelong especially if you go in, its usually has really fast service and great fresh food it might be busy sometimes but that just means you will get fresh food

Nice place! Convenient as it operates 24 hours. It's hard to find a restaurant after 9 on a weekday in Mount waverley. As this operates 24 hours, that's a treat!

They serve fresh always. The staff is simply so nice and caring always especially the people working during the night. Always clean and tidy. One of the best mcdonalds i have been too.

Could have a good breakfast before start a long journey. Clean and friendly staff. Have a parking area for cycling. Just to notice that early the morning maybe the toilet doesn't have toilet paper, you may need to ask them for it. Thank you.

Appreciate the fast service and the quality of the food. It’s been a long time since i’ve had fresh, hot fries that weren’t soggy, stale and or cold. Thanks guys

Saw a male Karen here, arguing for refund since he was not served some hashbrowns. The manager gave him fresh ones, he still kept demanding money be returned since they forgot the previous time. Ran away when he saw people staring and laughing at him. Best Maccas experience ever, food and service was as expected from any Mcdonalds

Our preferred McDonald's in Geelong area. Clean & fresh, with a modern interior & nice playground. The young manager on duty made sure my order was perfect.

I am writing to enform the general public that my visit to McDonalds, Waurn Ponds, was pleasantly greeted with a very enthusiastic team member, Charolette, whom despite the ever increasing intensity, admist the peak of a friday night, managed to beam a smile shinning through the masks. Not to mention here empathetic sincerly appologetic tone, which as a customer pleased me, enough to write a review i guess. Thank you Miccy-D's

Just as I was about to drink Ethan's frappe (which was made with love, I might add), a staff member with awful facial hair came over and stuck a straw into Ethan's frappe, slurping not once but twice my delicious drink. It was an unexpected but appreciated delight.

One of the most professional McDonalds we've found. Always go out of their way to provide good service. Think they remember me from adding eggs to a big mac lol😊

The worst Big Mac meal that I have had cold no pickles cold chips no enough chocolate sauce in my sundae

The young ladies in the McCafe are always friendly and do a wonderful job, even when you're being a terrible customer by ordering eight coffees in one go, creating all sorts of chaos.

Great service, excellent staff, and even better that they were open on Christmas day, for the people whose plans may have fallen through.
