First time at Hoppys and absolutely loved it. The team were friendly and efficient and the clean was absolutely perfect for my dirty old car which hadn’t been cleaned inside or out for 2.5 years! Price is worth the efficiency and detailed job!

Really good service and staff! I will often get my car washed here and the service is always good. I recently left my wallet in the chair in the cafe - I tried to call the next day but I got the head office answering machine (as it was a Saturday).

I drove in and couldn’t find the wallet in the lost and found but two staff members came out and helped me search the car - under and around the seats with touches m. They couldn’t see anything but took my details and said they would call the staff member on the previous day to see if they found it and put it somewhere else for safe keeping.

True to their word they called me the next day to say they found it!!

I was feeling a bit nervous after reading some reviews however after receiving my car after a super plus wash and interior clean (sanitisation), I couldn’t be happier! I sat outside for the last part of the clean and saw the crew vacuum, scrub and wipe every square millimetre of the internal and externals of the car. It looked and felt brand new. I usually clean my own car to save $$ and this cost 127.50 in total but I’m really happy to spend that when you know they’ll do a thorough and careful job. Thank you everyone! I’ll be back and recommending to friends.

This place hums like a well oiled machine.

As soon as you drive in, there’ll be a team of “meeters and greeters'” in their distinctive green uniforms, to assist you. They’ll take your details and find out what kind of wash you want. You can then alight your car and head into the friendly little cafe, where you can just sit and wait, or enjoy a drink and a sandwich or a snack.

What’s unique about this car wash, are the information boards in the cafe, showing the progress of your car. They remind me of flight information display systems we see at airports, showing departures and arrivals and status of each flight. It’s a fun thing to watch, but it isn’t just a gimmick. It’s handy to know how your wash is progressing, especially if you’re on a tight schedule. it doesn’t take long for your car to start moving along the conveyor belt and within about 30 minutes or so it will be ready. And generally the cleaners here do a decent job, and my car always sparkles after it's been cleaned at Hoppy’s. Nothing is overlooked, inside or outside. The guys that work here, from the managers to cleaning staff, admin and the polite lady who runs the cafe, are efficient and take pride in their work.

I love the specials that they have, especially the over 60s deal which gives you 20% off full price washes on Wednesdays in Toowong. The first time, I also took advantage of the “Eddie”, where for an extra $5, I locked in a second wash within one month. That worked out at $50 for two washes or $25 per wash, but I think it’s only a once per customer promo. Taking that out of the equation a “super wash” (inside and outside) cost $45 full price, less the 20% seniors discount, so it’s a moderate $36, not bad value in these hard times of depreciating currencies and money printing like there’s no tomorrow.

Inside the cafe, decked out in Hoppy’s distinctive lime green and blue, you can buy snacks, drinks, tea, coffee, sandwiches etc and they also sell things like greeting cards and car accessories.

In this town Hoppy’s is more than just a car wash: It’s a way of life. And I’m hooked!

Great and fast service, no hassles and no issues. Reasonable pricing, but most of all squeaky clean vehicle at the end, so nothing to fault!

It has been a wonderful experience with Hoppy's. I got my car detailed two weeks back and one today. Floor Manager Jas has been so helpful and extremely customer friendly. My car looks immaculate after the coeaning+ polishing works.

Have been going to the Toowong car wash since it opened, always had good service and car has been cleaned well, staff are friendly and cafe prices are in line to what you would pay in any cafe in Brisbane. Would recommend getting your car polished at least yearly as it comes up a treat. Not every service has been perfect but name me a business that has a perfect record, any little problem has been promptly fixed. Overall they do a good job and a lot easier than doing it myself. For each type of service the price is fair. As I write this am at the car wash getting car cleaned and polished.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating and I was very happy with the clean on my car. I did have my aircon cleaned out and I did ask for a certain smell, but got a totally different smell, but I can live with it.
The lady in the cafe definitely needs a hand , she is doing an amazing job.

When I've used, good service. Had to take it back after they missed some bird poop once, but they redid it when I took it back.

Pulled into Hoppy’s for an inside and out clean today. Very friendly staff who were fast and attentive, yes they had a quick look inside my car and it had reasonable dirt/stuff from kids, nothing excessive, so no extra charges for anything. I paid more for a full combo inside and out clean. Cafe is comfortable and lots of seating. What a great setup! 👌 recommend

First time I have been to Hoppy's and I was very impressed with their service. The team did a superb job cleaning my car inside and out while I had a coffee and a bite to eat. It is a well oiled machine that you can watch. Efficient, effective and great value.

Dropped my four year old child off here. Good to see they took good care of her, she never wants to get this kind of bath at home! Will not confirm or deny if I am talking about my car or my four year old daughter.

Excellent service. So efficient. Staff do a great job in cleaning inside and out. Waiting is either out near the cars, where you can be fascinated by the detailing process, or inside, where you can relax and enjoy a cup of coffee while the cars go by on the cleaning conveyor belt. An hour well occupied and a good outcome.
