Nav is the best. All my family’s scripts are automatically dispensed when they’re due and I get handy SMS reminders to come and pick them up or when we’re running out of repeats. The service is exemplary, the way chemists used to be, with a friendly smile and personalised service, where they actually remember your name. They are also the most reasonably priced pharmacy I have been to on the Coast. Thank you, Nav and the team 💛

Nav and his staff are always friendly. When I open the door, he brings my prescription ordered through text system. When my prescription was out of stock in the factory, he tried his best and called many places and found ones for me. He is very responsible and professional.

The staff at Robina Chempro go beyond in customer service. Every month I go to pick up my prescription, without fail I’m greeted with personable kindness and help. The new text reminder system that the staff suggested I use, is such a convenient tool and is working out well for me. I won’t go anywhere else. 😊

This pharmacy is the absolute BEST on the Coast for many reasons; you receive personal attention every time you are there, all the staff know your name and use it. They send reminders regarding scrips or anything else you order. Nav, the pharmacist, is so friendly and super kind and caring. I never go to any other pharmacy now for all the above reasons. You park at the door so no need to be wandering thro large impersonal shopping centres.

What else can you say about Nav and the staff that hasn't already been said, I moved to Burleigh and other Chemist's in the area don't hold a candle to Nav that's why my family still go to him, not for the cost but for the family service he gives you and makes you feel welcome as soon as you enter
