Warner Family Medical Practice

We were extremely impressed by our visit to the Warner Family Medical Practice today. My mother became unwell while visiting, and we were able to book in with Dr Shahani. Dr Shahani was incredibly kind, and extremely thorough and knowledgeable. The lovely receptionists were also so kind and patient with us, as my Mum's purse had been stolen, and we were trying to find all her details. A very positive experience.

Was taken away by ambulance. Which was a scary situation in itself. Practice Manager, nurse, dr and staff could not do enough to help me with my symptoms. Very quick and responsive by all members of staff. Kind and caring is the best way to describe the whole team at Warner Family. Very thorough and constantly checking in with me until ambulance arrived. Nurse never left my side. What a great job they all did to get me to stay calm and stay positive. While I was quite unwell. Cannot praise them all enough.

Dr Kan Gupta has always been professional and courteous at all of my appointments. Every time he ensures there is nothing else I need and even when he runs behind, he always greets you with a smile on his face. It is also great that they accept DVA patients.

I had a Telehealth appointment with Dr Roleen as I was too sick to go into the practice. She listened to what I had to say and the medication she prescribed had me feeling better that same night, without just throwing antibiotics my way. Finally a doctor who listens!

Such friendly receptionist and Dr Shahani Mohamed Ikram is the best doctor I've ever seen. Thank you so much

I have been coming to this surgery on and off over the past 21 years ( always come back to this surgery when i relocate back to Brisbane)Staff are so friendly and helpful, they put you at ease. The Drs are also fantastic and professional. Special thanks to Dr Z, Dr Dutta and Dr Shane for the exceptional care they have given me. I would like to thank Deb for being so helpful to me today. The receptionists are the most professional bunch of women and always welcome patients with a smile.

I have attended this practice for a number of years. The doctors are professional and helpful. The receptionists are always very pleasant. Dr Shane Delisser is an exceptional GP and I am very upset that he is leaving.

Dr Dutta is by far the best GP I've ever had. In fact, all of the doctors I've seen at WFMP have been fantastic. The receptionists are always happy to accomodate where they can and the nurses are so friendly and caring. So happy I found Dr Dutta!

Dr Mittal very good doctor very genuine. Through in his consults. Big shout to reception and nurses who give vaccinations very good much appreciated.

The staff are very friendly, I see a good doctor who will listen to me and is thorough.

We recently started coming to this practice. The staff are efficient and friendly, and the doctors are knowledgeable and approachable.. My husband and I see different doctors at the practice and we are both very happy. It works for our family.

Lost hope on life the way swelling and pain was hurting me. I was in severe foot swelling pain. Can’t walk or do anything.
Thursday night I booked an appointment on phone for available Friday afternoon 2pm and that’s it , Deb from Clinic called me in the morning and put everything ready for me. Doctor Suma Bhaskar took my care so well and Special thanks to Deb at the reception. Received me with love and genuine care . I genuinely felt that I will get better and I am now in less than 5 days. All I did was listened to Dr Suma Bhaskar. I will not go anywhere else now. HaHa.
Doctor and Deb looked after me on phone call appointment next day too which is Saturday.

My family and I have been attending this clinic for quite some time. We have found the doctors very helpful, willing to learn more about the condition at hand, explain the issue thoroughly, make the children feel comfortable, and we have even had follow up phone calls with certain issues.

The receptionists are wonderful. They know who I am, they make appointments available if the condition is pressing and they do their best to ensure our needs are catered for.

I have recommended many people to this clinic, all of which still attend.

I have seen many many bad reviews of late but judging by this its of one Dr in particular. I have decided to write this review as I for one and my four year old little girl have had the complete opposite experience. I have been attending this practice since 2017. My regular Gp Dr Dutta is amazing, she saved our lives not once but twice!!!... I had some very bad pregnancy complications and she was straight onto getting me sorted. My little girl struggled from the get go. Dr dutta kept close eye on my daughter development and due to this we were able to find out that not only my daughter had severe life threatening food allergies but also had so many red flags for Autism and developmental delays. We managed to have my daughter diagnosed at a young age which has given her a fighting chance to function in society. It doesn't stop there. My daughter and I experienced something serious that none should ever experience, she helped me set a plan and follow it. She checked in on us and made sure we knew that we weren't alone. I honesty don't think we would be here today without her. We owe our life to her.
Thanks Dr dutta for actually caring so much about your patients. I would highly recommend you see her.

My family have been coming here for years, wouldn’t want to go anywhere else to be honest. Wonderful lady at reception was extremely helpful and understanding on Friday 30th September 2022 for my unwell son to see a doctor as I was concerned as I had previously taken him to PCH ED for the same issue and wanted a second opinion as he was not getting better. We seen Dr Ankur Mittal who was very informative and thorough he was amazing and gave advice which we did not receive from the Dr seen at PCH ED and I appreciate that this practice were able to fit my son in and listen to my concerns. I greatly appreciate everything that you do to go above and beyond with your patients, showing my gratitude to you all so thank you much 🙏🏽

Seen Dr Kan Gupta today about a painful shoulder injury that I got about two weeks ago. He was very helpful and concerned about me. Such a good man! Thank you Dr Gupta for caring and not rushing me off like you didn’t care! 🙂

I have had reason to visit the Warner Family Medical Practice many times over the past year and cannot fault the excellent service provided by the receptionist team, more specifically, Janelle. I am unsure that those visiting the practice are aware of the huge extra strain and workload brought on by COVID however I am. A big thank you to you Janelle, appreciate your friendliness and professionalism, regardless of the difficult times.

My husband and I have always found Dr Kathy Javardi and Dr Suma Bhaskar of the Warner Family Medical Practice to be professional and dedicated; always focused on the wellbeing of their patients.
The Receptionist Pauline is a smiling and cheerful first contact for the practice. On entering the practice or telephoning one is greeted with a smile and a cheerful greeting displaying a caring and helpful personality.

We wouldn't trust our health, or our daughter's, with anyone as much as we do with Dr Dutta. She supported my pregnancy, has organised referrals and anything that we have needed promptly and is wonderful with difficult and emotional situations as well. Highly recommend. Look forward to seeing you all in November for 18 month check and needles

I have been going to the Warner Practice for numerous years now, and have never ha an issue. All of the staff especially Dr Z are amazing, I always receive a reminder text the day before my appointment. Yes they can be busy, but to me that just shows how popular they are.
