contrary to popular belief the petrol does not tast as good as it smells, i let my intrusive thoughts win and now i am on life support. Although i am dying i got a good slurpee from the worker and i dont mean the slushie so 5 stars

Reasonable prices for a servo. 24 hour can come in and buy what I need. Friendly staff.
The store has been given an update so the pumps are great and clean and the forecourt is nicely lit up. Much brighter than anything else around it. The inside has also had some renovations and it's much nicer than it's ever been.

Fuel is reasonable. Look across the road for a comparison. Great place to get Slurpees on a hot summers day.

We hid from some bogans and the legend working the counter called the cops 10/10 would come again

To bad I cant go there now that a bunch of bogans ruined it for me otherwise great place

Would give a 5, but they don’t have sweetners for coffee.
But do love a $1 coffee 🤗🤗

A friend went in there today, to get bags of ice. She does have a stutter atm due to medical reason and the manger was imatating her and making fun of it. My friend came home very upset and when i went down to get the headoffice details and to also ask him why he did this, he tried to call her a lier and that if it was one of his staff members he would believe it but he isn't an idiot and wouldn't do that and that my friend would have to prove otherwise and he doesn't need to prove anything. DO NOT GO TO THIS SERVO they need to be shut down.

We'd just visited here and my son slipped inside because the floor was wet beside the coffee machines my wife ask the girl ( team member ) the floor is wet and there is No warning, the team member pointed the sign it was way far near the entry door but the wet floor was beside the coffee machine
And she didn't even say sorry or attended the incident

the large man who was working on the 27th of may at 1am forced me to leave the store because i spent longer than 5 minutes browsing, saying “ we can’t have customers in here for too long because I need to do my jobs out the back”. what has the world come to where no one respects the customer who puts food on their table?. Absolutely disgusting customer service. would not recommend and will never be coming back, was treated so badly i just put everything back and left. I’ve never experienced anything like this and i hope no one else has to either. if possible i’d give zero stars. DO BETTER…

Not great-
Visited on the 27th I regularly try and avoid this 7/11 due to the fact the staff don't give two stuff about customers. They know people need fuel, so use that to deliver poor service. Went to get ice and the bloke was taking fruit out and eating it. And just mumbled at me and pointed to the Eftpos. Poor service from all these franchised chains that have all family members working in it knowing they can't get fired. Amount of times I've gone in and someone's been on a personal phone call paying no attention to e 2 or 3 people infront. 7/11 really need to evaluate their franchised stores. Ruining the name and reputation...

The staff member on today was beyond rude. We were trying to get a trailer and he was both unhelpful and rude to me, my housemate and my mum who all just needed help. You'd think he would have at least attempted to be helpful but he basically said it wasn't his issue and we must be at the wrong place, which we were not. I can see you've got more than 1 person in the reviews who seem to have an issue with this staff member.
I definitely won't be back again.

I was hospitalized after drinking the diesel supply at this location.
This is a first, I have never had a problem with diesel before and have found other 7/11 have a rather nice tasting supply of diesel, this location however has the most sour taste ever.
And at the price they charge, I don't recommend it. You're better off drinking diesel from the Caltex across the road.

I would prefer NO STARS - Samsonvale Rd Bray Park. 30th Jan, 6.30am. I've been spending my money at this servo for nearly 10yrs.

He could not be bothered saying hello or good morning, he could not be bothered looking up from whatever he was doing.
So I COULD NOT BE BOTHERED saying bye!
Will not be going there again.

So Disappointed tonight. My nephew and son went into get slurpees... And was denied entry!!.. The ignorant person would only let one person in at a time. Apparently its a rule for this 7 eleven to only let one person in the store at a time. So Good Luck to the next lot that try to get into there... BAD SERVICE. .

The senior male staff member here is extremely arrogant and rude, most times he's talking to his uber mates at the counter and acts like it's a chore to serve you

Regularly poor customer service from the senior staff member. :(
Again, I went this morning and the staff member didn’t look or speak to me at all, and was speaking at a younger staff member during all the transactions prior to me.
