Coles Helensvale

Shop here regularly and did so this morning. Met Kurt the Manager this morning to compliment him on the stores outstanding standards in areas of tidiness, cleanliness, shelf stock levels and product choices, staff friendliness and helpfulness, not to mention the self checkouts that consists of many and plenty of space there. Always plenty of trolleys both large and small.
Some competitors appear to have reduced the number of the smaller trolleys hopefully won’t happen here.
I’m a strong believer that great staff attitude in all of the areas I’ve mentioned is a truly a reflection on Management.
Please maintain your high levels.

Staff are always pleasant and helpful. Stock on shelves are as good as they can be considering the grocery shortages up and down the coast right now, this is evident by how full other lines are and as there are staff stocking shelves any time of the day or day of the week. Overall a clean and well presented store. Front end staff try to keep check out lines to a minimum, calling for additional staff when needed regularly. Giving a 4 due to above statements but definately a 5 for effort. Good team of staff !

Clean, well stocked and the staff are awesome. Kylie the supervisor is brilliant. She is always very helpful, polite, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond with customer service.

I don't shop there often, but it is better than the Coles in Q Superstore. Good range, good choices. I guess it all depends on the manager. Keep up the good work.

I was Coles this afternoon and my son spilled his boost juice at the check out and the lovely young English lady helped me clean it up without hesitation and then it spilt a second time and she was so lovely and patient about the whole situation, my son has autism he was running around crying about spilling his drink and she was so understanding about it. One of the best check out experiences ever, thank you

Very good service and helpful staff

Shop here most weeks. A well presented and stocked Coles Supermarket. Our checkout girl last week was outstanding, so we'll be looking for her this week. Its such a pleasure to be assisted by nice and caring staff especially in an age pushing us toward self service. Keep up your sweet attitude Imogen, it's appreciated! Amazing place comparatively smaller to the one in Arundel but gets the job done if you're not finicky

Friendly and helpful staff and they seem to keep a watch on their customers too. I left things at the cashier on several occasions and they didn't hesitate to call me to alert me.

Your kidding right? Happy, singing, positive helpful, compassionate staff. ALL OF THEM. Clean premises. Toilet available and clean. Stacks of parking. Fresh produce and extensive range of stock.

Always easier to find an item at Coles. Great range. Very good bakery section. Great weekly specials. Helpful staff. Great Asian selection.
