F45 Training Broadbeach

Loving my sessions at F45 Broadbeach! A great mix of cardio and strength training, with high quality trainers that know what they are talking about. Would highly recommend for anyone keen to get their sweat on, with workouts suitable for people of all fitness levels.

The absolute best gym on the GC! The team and community here is so amazing. We moved from another state and met so many amazing people at this gym, including all of the owners/trainers. The atmosphere is great, the trainers are unreal, they are so caring and kind and really push you to challenge yourself. 1000% recommended.

Started F45 2 weeks ago when we first arrived in the GC and the team were so welcoming. Absolutely loving the variety of classes, my previous gym did 3 classes a day which wasn’t ideal but F45 have multiple each day! Can’t wait to continue my journey :)! Can’t recommend it enough!

Not just a gym... its a way of life. The sweat and tears of current and members past linger in the air as you desperately push yourself beyond anything you thought you could achieve before. The trainers will build you up only to relish the opportunity they can push you past your breaking point. In the end you are spent and yet so much better for it, and then you do it again the next day. In my life I have spent my money at other gyms, only to phase out and lose interest. In the end only to support them financially for a lot longer than I was actually going. This gym is something else. I have been with them for over 5 years and I cannot see that changing. I even found a wife... so if the fitness side doesn't motivate you maybe something else will. Come and experience it for yourself, give it what its due and you will be hooked. It will change your life.

I love F45 and I am a member at F45 Turramurra in Sydney. I came as a visitor to F45 Broadbeach and had an amazing experience. I had the privilege to meet Lisa and John, the owners, and some of their staff. They made me feel so welcome and looked after me like if I had been training with them for years. The dedication of the staff, the amazing vibe of the sessions, and the warmth of their personal approach to coaching and making the sessions challenging and fun, made my experience just outstanding. I couldn’t recommend them high enough. And I look forward to training here every time I am back in the Gold Coast. Thanks heaps guys!!

Literally a life changing place. I’ve become a person I never thought I could be due to this gym. I was someone who signed up to gyms but never went or was always too anxious to go to classes, thinking I wouldn’t be able to do the exercises or people would laugh at me. I felt so welcomed and supported and NOT judged from the very beginning. The staff are so friendly and you can tell they just want the best for you, such positive happy people who push you to be the best version of yourself. Thank you f45 Broadbeach for how much you’ve enriched my life and improved my physical and mental health :)

Love F45 Broadbeach! I love the trainers, the positive energy and encouragement I receive daily. By far the best gym I have been too. If you want to feel good about yourself I definitely recommend you give it a go.

The trainers are fabulous.They will push you that extra little bit when needed and are always up for a cheeky laugh. Great tunes and you are surrounded by positive energy. I can’t think of a better way to start my day.

Just near a year ago I had the worst anxiety about group training, then one of my mates gifted me a voucher to train at f45 Broady, since then I’ve been religiously 4-5 days a week. The trainers are something else, they all have their different approach to make you feel welcome and to help you get the best out of what you want for your fitness. I’m the healthiest, fittest and happiest I’ve ever been because of F45 Broady. Foxy

I LOVE training at F45 Broadbeach! I was sceptical to even try it as I thought I was too unfit and that I wouldn’t know how to do the exercises. I am so glad I joined as I have been blown away by the trainers and the support they give to every member every session. I show up every day and I can feel I’m getting stronger every day. If you are considering joining you absolutely should!

F 45 Broad Beach is run professionally & passionately by its fabulous owner & wonderful staff. I wish all studios were operated like this. Ten out of ten team. The studio's multiple class times, happy members , helpful / knowledgeable staff & packed out classes reflect an extremely successful business. Great job!

I started f45 over 3 years ago with the Broadbeach club. It is awesome to be part of a club that treats you like their mate and care for you while still pushing you to achieve your results. Amazing trainers, members all round.

Visited recently while on holiday from NZ. As owners of a F45 studio ourselves, we love training at other studios - and we were impressed! From the warm welcome from Manager Alex and Trainer Fabio to the attentive coaching during the session and chat at the end of the class, we left happy! Very clean studio, well presented trainers and a great vibe - would highly recommend if you are looking for an authentic F45 experience delivered the way it should be.

Waking up at 5am is never easy but knowing I am going to workout with the Team at F45 Broadbeach make it worthwhile. The enjoyment and satisfaction of having a strong group of people on the same journey as you is what it’s all about!

I’ve tried several gyms on the Gold Coast over the past 10 years, but F45 Broadbeach is my favourite. The culture that the trainers, owners, and members have created is definitely unique. It’s great to go somewhere non-judgmental, and where you’re not just another number walking through the doors.

As someone who has struggled with going to gyms previously, during my two years here I have always felt welcome, comfortable, and challenged to keep pushing through even when my mind thinks I’ve had enough.

I lost all motivation to exercise, after I had a baby, but coming here really helped me regain that motivation. All the trainers are amazing and super friendly! They push you to achieve your goals which is exactly what you want! The variation of classes from cardio to weights/resistant mean every session is different. So you never get bored of going as you walk into a new session every day! Couldn’t recommend this place or the trainers enough! Thank you!!
