Great place to have a dinner. Good customer service and the food was great. Good selection of beer as well. Went here impromptu because I saw it on Google. Would recommend.

Qrcode order didn't work 100% though. We couldn't order drinks.

Food was yum, beers tasty and staff lovely and attentive. Recommended for sure! Steak was actually medium rare which is not common when eating out, it’s always overcooked!

My partner and I stopped in for a midweek lunch. Service was attentive and professional. We had the bbq lamb rump & bbq rockling which were both exceptional, accompanyied by beer tasting paddles. Manager even took photos of my partner and I together!
Highly recommend and we'll be back...

We were out looking for a quirky place to have a bite of lunch. Found Matilda Bay Brewery. Ordered a Sav Blanque hot salami pizza (gluten free). Sat by the fire and enjoyed the ambiance. This is a fabulous place for a lunch, dinner or some wine/beer tasting. Would definately recommend.

We enjoyed our visit to Matilda Bay Brewery. The decision was spur of the moment and we weren't disappointed. The food can be easily shared or eaten as a small meal fir one. We shared and it was the best. The food does seem to be made to he eaten with alcohol. I'm not a beer/ale drinker but the two ales I tasted (ordered by my partner) did seem to complement the food. The food itself had some unique (positive) flavours. The meatballs were delicious; the octopus was amazing; and the pork ribs were great. My partner also ordered a pickle and she wanted to make sure I pointed out it also was amazing! The pork ribs had a subtle flavour that could be tasted; the meat was juicy and fell from the bone with ease. Oh, the dessert was wonderful. There was only one choice but it was worth it. On my next visit I will order an ale - I did like the flavours and they did go well with the food. Staff were friendly and looked relaxed. Ordering the food was your choice of using a QR cide for the phone or at the counter. Ordering on the phone was pretty straightforward until it was time to enter credit card details - at that point a "place order" popup appeared and obscured the rest of the screen making it difficukt to enter payment details. Ordeting at the counter was much faster. This wasn't a deal breaker and we will go back. Pricing of the food was also great. Very happy.

Jess was beyond amazing, seemed like she really enjoyed what she does which made our time there enjoyable.

Good company, good food, great staff. Highly recommend dropping in.

P.S. bring back the original Redback wheat beer, by far the best beer I've ever had and I'm yearning for it.

Delicious pizza and beer! Perfect after a morning at the animal sanctuary. The vegetarian pizza was one of the best I’ve ever had. My kids were happy with the kids margarita pizza too. One child asked for his own adult size- and ate it all.

Super fresh beer, love it! Also the food was quite decent and reasonably priced. Service was great and I love the scan QR code to order, so convenient. Will definitely go back. Oh the outdoor dining is definitely a winner!

Mussle dish was delicious and beef rib was even better; super tender.
I don't usually drink beer but the Matilda bay cherry saison was very nice too + good service.
I only wish this was closer to Melb so we can have it more often. And wish I had room in my belly to try the pizza. Will have to try other dishes on my next visit.

We had a beautiful evening here, the food was beautiful and so fresh. The staff were so welcoming and were so helpful when I asked a million questions about beer. I'm not much of a beer drinker so asked for something light to try and they both picked the best one for me (a French style) and it was perfect!
Will definitely be going back again. Thank you to the staff and Chef's for a lovely night out! Oh yes, our dog was allowed on the deck too, so dog friendly is a triple bonus!

Ordered the vegan burger and ribs, burger was dirty and juicy as it should be , bloody delicious! The ribs were juicy and the glaze was sweet on the right side!
Great variety of beers, our favourite was dry lager, winter and owl English!
We definitely will be back!

Outstanding food and table service! The vibe inside is relaxed, sunny and the whole place has a really cool industrial feel to it.
