Ramsay Pharmacy Medical On Miami

I came in last week with a prescription I'd never had before. A lady called Alana helped me massively, going out of her way to explain the ins and out of it and although I couldn't get the item at the time she helped me with where I could get it for no sale of there own. I will be going back there for in future with this kind of service and as they can order in what I needed. Thanks again for all your help last week :)

Honestly cannot recommend this pharmacy enough! They are so efficient in every aspect - I just gave them my card details a few hours ago and they have already posted my package. Better yet, I only called to order on Friday and they managed to get it in and everything sorted today (Tuesday)! They are extremely understanding in terms of how important medications can be for day-to-day life and hence make it their top priority to get it to their customers ASAP. I've had issues with other pharmacies in the past, having to check in multiple times and even that didn't help, but these people are amazing. I would not trust any other compounding pharmacy with my medications!!

I was very impressed at how serious the staff took to hearing that my medicine was completely damaged in transit. They acted straight away and sorted me out with new medication, paid for postage, which arrived five days later on my doorstep from Queensland to WA.
