Purchased two of their gold rings from their archive sale but unfortunately they sold out after I placed the order. However, they were so kind as to let me choose 2 rings from their general store and price matched each accordingly to the archive sale, which I greatly appreciated! Not only do they prioritise their customer service, but their ring designs are stunning, and you can tell they really take the care to create pretty, high-quality products.

My partner bought me the ‘dusk’ ring in gold, for Christmas, but unfortunately when I opened it on the day, it was a little discoloured and not looking the way it should. Went in store to see about returning and swapping for something else and I just want to say that the customer service I received was top tier. Unfortunately I didn’t get the guy’s name (was served by him both times I went into the store) but my experience when it came to returning/exchanging/waiting for stock to come back in/sizing, everything, was 10/10 and in the end I walked out with what I wanted, as well as purchasing an additional ring online which was perfect.

I’m from Melbourne but happened to be visiting Surfers - didn’t realise there was a physical store! Was a great opportunity to try out all the rings and sizes in person. Every design was out with all sizes, and ring sizers available too. Had to park on the side streets though as the shop is on a highway.

High quality products, excellent staff who helped with trying on different ring sizes and I left very happy with my purchase.

These rings look great! But if you’re after quality, this is not the place.. they lose their shape within months.. I had my gold ring (only worn 2-3 days a week, only for social gathering etc) and it turned into a oval in no time. Real shame as the designs are so awesome, just poor quality.

Received a necklace as a gift came all knotted and broken, sent it back express and was told they’d send one the same day As I was going away on holiday and wanted it, they ended up sending it a few days later and turned up why I was holidays of course when I finally opened it was sent lose in a pouch and of course was knotted again, took me and my partner half an hour to unknot it, i don’t think they know how to package jewellery properly! So if you gifting it make sure you open it and unknot it before gifting! save you the embarrassment of looking like you bought something from a cheap store! Will not be purchasing again!
