When Rachael serves you, you will walk out with such amazing positivity. She will make your day better with her smile, no matter what.

Can I just say I'm beyond floored by one of the staff members in this Aldi store named Rachael?

She's nothing but a bundle of joy, and her positivity spreads and made my day. I was here today, served by Rachael, greeted with her big smile as usual.

On my way out, my shopping bag ripped, and all of my items scattered on the floor. Within 2 seconds, Rachael approached me with her smile, brought me 3 extra paper bags, and helped me pack my items. When she noticed my yogurt was smashed, she told me to grab a new one.

Not only did she make me feel valued as a customer, but she also made me feel appreciated as a person.

Aldi, you might want to protect Rachael as one of your team member. It's beyond rare these days to have amazing staff members who can make a customer's day feel better when they walk out of Aldi.

The first time I have been to this store, The Car parking is easy access. All the Goods that I needed were in stock. The Cashier was fast an well presented. Great Place to shop

An extra special mention to Rachel - every time we go to Aldi we hope she is there! Rach is one of the sweetest people you will meet and has such a warm and kind personality! She is an absolutely amazing asset to the company and makes everyone feel so welcome and cared for!!

The store layout is convenient and I love the fresh flowers at the entryway. I wish they didn't discontinue the vegan meatballs!!!!!

First time at Aldi's, a pretty good experience, some good deals 👍

This Aldi is great. Not that busy and has wide aisles. There's a BIG lift that happily takes a few shopping trolleys between the shop and carpark. Importantly for Queensland, the parking lot is underneath and is a breezy cool shaded area with a great layout. Just a simple one way loop in and out. There's a massive array of solar panels powering everything and easy access from Gold Coast Highway travelling southbound. There's also a ramp for those who like a good workout trolley wrestling.

Now has self serve checkout and i noticed the meat section is cheaper than Coles.

One of the quieter and more convenient Aldi's with the benefit of underground parking, a lift plus an offering of other vendor's trollies with underbasket space for me to easily transport slabs of springwater. (unlike the standard ALDI trolley).

A shout out to two of the staff today who offered to help me without having to ask.

I have to say all Aldi staff are friendly but today we met a lady who was amazing. Her name is Rachel. She was so lovely and genuine. I have 3 Aldi stores in walking distance from my house, thanks to Rachel I will make Miami Aldi my go to Aldi store.
