Wow what a great experience this cinema is nestled perfectly amongst a smorgasbord of shop and restaurants.
Such a vibrant atmosphere.
Extremely welcoming and just a pleasurable place to visit.
The Staff are absolutely the friendliest crew, from workers to managers.
If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would.
Such a beautiful setting.
I highly recommend this Event cinemas at Castle Hill.
It's a must, you will not be disappointed.

The young girl who was on the front counter this morning was absolutely lovely! Beautiful customer service and very polite. I took my granddaughter to see Barbie this morning and found the cinema to be clean and tidy with comfortable chairs. We bought the big bucket of popcorn which came with drinks for $28 and add on a choc top for $5.50. Pretty good value as the bucket was massive and we 3 ate it right throughout the movie so it lasted well and is sufficient for 3 people. Has a great time. We really appreciate how nice the young girl was on the front desk, thank you for your excellent customer service. 😊

I went to gold class here to see Taylor Swift. It was a real treat. Loved every minute. The food was good. The service was good and I would do this again.

I recently watched the movie "Jailer" at Event Cinemas, and overall, it was a good experience. The sound quality was impressive, which added to the enjoyment of the film. However, I visited for the 9pm show and noticed that the cleanliness of the cinema could have been better. Despite this, the experience was still worth it.

Event Cinemas Castle Hill is one of my favourite Cinemas in Sydney and been there many times over the years.

They have all the top movies, the upmarket section is really nice and it's a top fun place to go to.

Well located too as part of Castle Towers, I LOVE THEIR WORK!

The gold class area of this cinema is separate to the main cinema.
A nice touch which means the gold class is nice and quiet.

Great place, I really enjoyed the Gold class experience, will highly recommend.

Great clean shopping centre with so many clothing stores. Great for a family day out to go cinemas or grab a coffee and relax.

Helpful staff and access from carpark to cinema exceptional,coffee is spot on.

I love this place for watching movies, if you get a good deal the you are set. All the seats are very comfortable however the Imax Seats are the most comfortable. I have watched many hit movies here such as Incredible's 2, Star wars and the new (My opinion kinda bad) Joker.

Event Cinema's have several different sixed Cinema's from small to huge VMAX. The cinema's are usually quite clean and you can choose your seat's online. The Gold Class cinema is in a different location at Castle Towers shopping centre. They have special Price's for senior's, student's etcetera these each have rewards attached if you join the reward's program's.
I really enjoy going to Chick's at the flick's event's and sometimes in the ordinary cinema they have a bar setup where you're able to buy cocktail's or something. Men your husband, boyfriend, partner can also attend with you it's not Ladies only.
For the Senior's member program's if you become a member you'll get cheaper ticket's and often during the Day special screening's will have a guest speaker introducing the movie and doing a quick Q & A.
They not only have students member program's that includes high school and university mature aged student's can also join this. You just need a student's ID.
For the younger children they have a kid's club where they hold all sort's of fun event's and have face painting or making different thing's prior to the movie. Sunday's they do special screening's cheaper.
During the week day's you may want to physically go up and make a booking so you can see if there's a school vacation care programs sometimes they take the children to the movie and there is nothing worse than going when there is an uncontrolled bunch of children in the movie talking and throwing popcorn at the back of your head Aaargh!
You can also hire out the Event's cinema's for a fundraiser which is fantastic! I've been to a few and it's great because your surrounded by people you may not personally know but have seen around the school's or Church or Scout's before. Which is nice to then make new friendship's because you have something you're able to have a chat about.
Join the Event membership program before purchasing tickets so they can go towards your next reward , you even find the movie you were planning on seeing has deal's for member's.

We have always been to Gold Class for a very long time. Love the idea of movie + meal + drinks. Their catering is great. Our favourites are buffalo wings, sweet potato fries with prosecco and finished with pots of tea. It’s the best way to enjoy movie, right?

The gold Class Even Cinema,was very lovely,I felt very calm and excited,very comfortable. I enjoyed every minute of the movie 🎬, the customer service was on point,every staff member was very friendly and helpful, my entry cost me $44 but when I got to the movie room I just said waoooooo!!! With my experience I always will be back for eny movie that I love to see. Keep the amazing work ✨

It's a wonderful experience to relax and watch a movie. I love the luxury and comfort. It's expensive - but no harm in treating myself occasionally. 😊

Fabulous customer service from Brittany. Nothing was too much trouble, to make sure I could use my voucher and get a great seat at Elvis. Good service from Sophie too. Give Brittany a pay rise, she deserves it, she is representing Event Cinemas as the face of your business and she is doing a great job!

I don’t normally post comments, but I was very grateful for the very attentive customer service I received by Ethan who helped me sort out this particular situation. He polite informed me that the reason my scan code wasn't working because I had purchased the tickets for the previous day. Since I had bought 7 tickets using gift cards it would be tricky to refund the money and re-purchase the tickets. Ethan was very cool, just asked me that I needed the pin codes, which my wife texted me. Ethan was able to sort out everything really quickly and get me tickets for that morning's session. I was very impressed as he was always so polite and displayed very professional customer service. Which definitely made my customer experience a very positive one. It made me think " This is what providing great service means". Thank You a million Ethan, you saved my day and the six kids I had with me.
