Always friendly staff, with great customer service. The store has a great selection of clothing (although sizes go quick), and a beautiful store with lovely bright change rooms !

I would like to say massive thank you for this store and the awesome people in it. The customer service I received was awesome. In particular I would like to thank Donna, she went above and beyond to help me get my daughters baptism outfit perfect. I am not very fashionable and didn't feel judged for not knowing what goes well and what doesnt.

For this reason from customer to the care and great atmosphere I will be shopping here more. Thanks you

Can never get through to this store via phone.
When in store, the service is generally great. But trying to check if something is in stock by calling first is dreadful. It’s like they just hang up !

I have enjoyed shopping at this store over the last twelve months and the service has been excellent over that time, however I was disappointed with the service I received today from the senior person in the store. I was met with an abrupt and far less than friendly attitude. I am not in a hurry to return and the experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I should add that I received very friendly greetings from other staff at the store. Why bother shopping in store when I can shop on line without the attitude.

The clothes quality is good ,but customer service is absolutely awful and some sales not kind and just chatting to each other.

I would never shop at this store, when I walked in the staff were chatting and no one said hello or acknowledged my presence, and obviously I was not offered any assistance. Appalling. It explains why the store is deserted.
