Excellent and friendly retail customer service. The store is clean, tidy and easy to navigate. I found the staff approachable and helpful for matching up an outfit. Also the small blonde girl named Jess is so cute and cuddly.

This afternoon I had the complete pleasure of picking up my camera bag from this beautiful store (after finding it last Friday and getting these wonderful people to put it aside for me yesterday over the phone which was remarkably easy on all counts) and the incredibly courteous, gracious and kind staff were nothing short of brilliant with me as every single individual in this delightful team, as well as each interaction that I had with them, was extremely memorable as they were very good to me & went above and beyond to help me in anyway that they could whilst serving my needs with big smiles on their faces.
Therefore I cannot recommend this particular shop highly enough as they conduct themselves with all the relaxed class that this iconic brand represents that means I shall be returning as soon as I can find a reason to do so. 👍🏼👍🏼 #fivestarservice

I went to the TH at Sunshine Plaza this afternoon to get something for my teenage son. I was assisted by a young man Andrew who was very efficient, obliging and very patient with his customers. I happened to observe his interactions with other costumers and was very impressed. I bought exactly the shirt I wanted plus another item. Very happy. Thank you very much.

We all know Tommy H clothing, but the Maroochydore store also comes with great staff and management. Highly recommend them for a true fashion label shopping experience.

Good shop for branded clothing

I love Tommy Hilfiger clothing, but the staff at this store, did not even acknowledge us when we walk in the store and its not the first time theyve been rude, but someone who is all dressed up gets a hello how can I help you, and still nothing to us, I even walked past the counter to see if the 2 chatting about their weekend would even look up, they didn't, I said oh well I guess we will go to Tommy at Brisbane at least they are polite, we then get a oh hi, would you like any help, I said yeh I would of when I first walked in 20 mins ago, but thats ok we will take our money elsewhere. So it was a very disappointing experience in this store at Sunshine Plaza, the staff are very judgey and stereotype customers, which is silly especially because the airline lost our bags and we were there to buy a whole new wardrobe for 3 people for our Sunshine Coast holiday, Tommy didn't see a cent of it.... all because of the 2 rude staff members who were too busy talking about their private lives and whinging about other staff members, it was rather embarrassing for them.

I drove to Sunshine Plaza specifically to shop at your store, but after being their for a minimum of 30 mins without being acknowledge by the 2 staff, I walked out and dropped the arm fulls of clothes I had chosen because I wasn’t about to part with my money to staff who literally ignored me.
I even walked past the counter numerous times where the 2 staff were standing, and they both just kept up their conversations.
I ended up spending $675 on clothes today, all from the one store, but not one cent went towards Tommy Hilfiger.
You’ve lost me as customer !!

I've been twice in that shop just to be completely ignore by the staff, the first time it was a year ago and we were mistreated by one of them and completely ignore by the rest of them. Yesterday I went back thinking this time it would be better but not, it was exactly the same. Managers you should do something about it. Thank you.
