firstly, the staff are the best. really nice people. however, im so sorry to be rude but the chicken in the hot meals area has never been properly cooked i.e. a little bit pink in my experience (only eaten a few times over the years so could've just caught them at a bad time). i sucked it up and ate it bc i felt bad returning it but it makes me not want to purchase hot meals here anymore. please consider monitoring the cooking of chicken as i would really like to support this business. otherwise no complaints these guys are great 👍

Staff are great here, very approachable and helpful. The store is well located with a community notice board out front. Aisles are always clear and clean, produce is fresh and of a high standard and super convenient meals in the hot box, all reasonably priced.

Great place to gather supplies after hours

Yoghurt sign not matched with yoghurt...and more. I like such disorder - it adds to the place.

My favourite to shop. The shop opens till 10pm wish so convenient for working family. It gives us the time we need to go shopping. My favourite is their Freshly Baked Bread, they are big and delicious.

Lovely staff who were very approachable. Well stocked shelves, fruit & veg & hot food. Great place to pick up whatever you're short of & don't just think you're getting one or two things, you end up coming out with murkier bags. So bring your shopping bags😁

Lovely friendly staff are always helpful and offer everyone a bag. Good range of deli goods fruit and veg and other items, has plenty of parking.

I’ve been to this store several times and I’ve been served by a male worker who is Samoan/kiwi, he is the most polite person I have come across in customer service. He also in the covid situation saw me looking for mince and asked if he could help, I said I needed mince, he went out the back and got it for me.
For me, most polite and professional worker I have come across.

Loved the pre-packaged roast meals they have on offer. Easy fast meal for dinner for me at work and well worth the price. Even the other on the go snacks they have

Since they opened I don’t even bother with Woolworths. Prices are very comparable and I don’t mind paying a little extra for the great service. It’s so nice to be recognised by the regular workers. And the Deli has the best hot meals I’ve tasted in a long time. And well priced. IGA Goodna is my go to shops now. Haven’t been to St Ives in years. Well done everyone.

Looked in Coles and Woolworth s, for Anzac Biscuits both have not had any on 2 trips there. I decided to check the IGA STORE, yes they had them hand made, just like the old day's. Even better they were made the right way, the ones which Coles and Woolies usually stock are made so the finished product is lumpy with oats and wheat, useless if you want to dunk them. The ones from IGA are smooth and not grainy, just like they should be, so a wounded soldier could be hand fed them by dunking to soften in a cup of tea. YUMMY AND HEALTHY.

Great little after hours supermarket. Have this white bread from a local supplier that is amazing. I always just go there to buy this bread. Also has a section that sells KIWI food which is handy. Prices are also ok. Thank you.

Way better than the majors. The deli has awesome raw, prepared and cooked foods.
Also keep great hours and staff.

Great family shops. Great hours to. You can count on IGA to cover your needs if you forgot it was a public holiday or you need something from the shops at 10pm they still will be open

Nice and close to home, have good deals at times and good selection

The staff and the manager are friendly and helpful. I change from Woolworths to IGA wont shop anywhere else

Scene - it's 9:15pm, you're not a responsible adult and forgot to buy snacks. Coles and Woolworths have abandoned you in your hour of need.

IGA reaches out to you in this dire time and proclaims "I have what you seek little one, but it will cost you dearly".

You take the offer, and realise you should be more responsible from now on, your life is now your own and we move past our mistakes.

Quick to get in and out when you don't wanna go to the Big shops like woolies and coles. Service is always quality and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommended it.
