Excellent service and great location! All the other Toowoomba work wear stores aren’t open as much on a weekend as this place. A little cheaper than other stores too.

I buy all my hi vis and safety clothing from this great Toowoomba-based business. Nothing is ever too much hassle and everything arrives quickly. I'd rather give my money to this company than Mr Bezos (sorry Jeff).

Fantastic service. I ordered sale items and some didn't fit, Athena was amazing organising replacements to make sure I didn't look like I was a kid in adult's clothes 😂 A great local business that deserves our support.

Really lovely customer service.
They emailed me confirming the sizes to make sure I pressed the right one. Due to my partner and I getting different sizes in the same style pants. It is wonderful a company reaches out to make sure we have ordered correctly. As most companies will just send it and then it be your mistake if you ordered the wrong size.
I really appreciate them emailing to confirm.

Everytime we have ordered from them, we have had no problems with getting a fast delivery.

Brilliant! I ordered a few shirts from WWD and they turned up super fast. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size and when I got in touch to discuss the possibility of exchanging them their customer service was top notch! They happily organised replacement shirts in the correct size and sent them out as soon as I returned the others. Brilliant service and communication! Thank you!

This Business is amazing. From the time I ordered online at a fantastically cheap price for top quality shirts to the time they were sent embroidered was 4 days. And that's for 60 shirts.
We've had trouble with local companies getting our order correct and then taking forever to receive our order, only to get sizes wrong, and when you're getting shirts embroidered there's not much you can do with them.
We'll be sticking with this company from now on. Thanks for everything Athena. :)

As I'm sure all of you know by now, they open at 9 am most days, I started at work across town 9:30 today.

I was served and gone within a minute of being let in the door. If that isn't punctuality, and efficient service, I don't know what is.

I ordered 7 Bisley shirts online first time id done this they arrived and i had my company logo put on them not checking the size was correct.
they were way too large and looked bad
Workwear discounts took them back along with a sample shirt of my correct size and altered them all and resent them to me at no cost
they could not have been more amazing when i made the mistake i made
