The Reject Shop

Have only in the last month been going to this shop & it’s always a wonderful experience. As a disabled shopper using my wheelie walker, the staff are brilliant! I had a bad day a few weeks ago & felt very unwell & faint.. well a lovely young shop assistant (she had only just started working there) was so empathetic, let me sit at the checkout for quite some time making sure I was ok, did I need to ring anyone, would I like a cold drink etc. And I stayed until I felt confident enough to leave. Another staff member with the blond streaks around her face, is always so welcoming when I walk in , is happy to help with anything & makes me feel valued as a person. I go in about 3 times a week as I’m setting up my new home & not once have I been dissatisfied with anything. The aisles are wide enough that I don’t feel like I’m in other customers way. The shop is always clean & tidy. There is heaps of great stock there at a great price & its a pleasure shopping there & will continue doing so

Rang from 700km away and spoke to a lady called Shae Anne. She was amazingly helpful, knowledgeable and assisted with all my needs. This young lady should be held in high esteem by her employers in a world where many don't want to assist, work or provide any level of service. You did extremely well and thank you!

I Can not say, enough about how much variety is in this wonderful store. Now is the time to catch up on school items, great quality and great prices for family and friendly staff.

These shops are always good to browse for all sorts if things. Party stuff, craft, gardening, household stuff, lollies. Pretty much everything.

Friendly staff. Well spaced out store with all your basics house hold stuff and pet stuff too. With so of your usual treats and pantry fillers for kids snacks and packet supplies for pasta etc. It does have a pretty well anything you need.

Super friendly staff, clean store and low low prices! Excellent if you don't need to park :). The closest parks is the bus interchange and behind the furniture store

Cleaning products 20-30% of the price the major supermarkets are charging. Saved heaps.

Don't be shamed the food is amazing and the flour makes the best soda bread 🍞 and the soda water is awesome for cooking and slurping on

Cheap stuff but u get what you paid for. Not 2 many staff on that day at the counters so expect delays. Or u just keep shopping then wait for it to slow down at the counters.

Great place, friendly staff. Would go there for common and odd things. They have the only wicked energy drink on this side of Toowoomba

Great place to shop on the cheap side of things. They also have afterpay which helps out alot.

It's very well set out,wide Isles,a great variety of things to buy,,, easy parking right out the front,,
