Hungry Jack's Burgers Toowoomba South

They are obviously in need of more staff. I waited at the drivethru for over 15 minutes for a toasted sandwich and a hashbrown.
However. The food when I received it was hot, including the hashbrown. Although I had to wait ages, I really appreciated my food hadn't been waiting as long as I had and in the long run ended up happy.

Sam and Mason exceeded expectations. Made my bad morning better. Great iced latte. Patient tolerant respectful service.

the worker couldn't sell me a box deal without buying a burger. The box deal came with two burgers, so meh what ever I we got Chinese food instead

Could not eat my food we where going to eat in shop but took so long we got food left waiting so long for Jack burger I got a toasted sandwich it was hard as had to throw it away waste of money won't be back there

Good food was hot and fresh and super friendly staff but service was slow it took a long time to get our food

Went there for breakfast. Staff were very lovely and friendly. Wasn't busy at the time. Only one person ahead of us. Food took a while to come out (only down side). Staff couldn't apologise enough. Wasn't there fault. Meal was fresh and hot. We dined in. Tables etc were nice and clean. Hadn't been here for a while. Left with a smile. Thanks guys. We'll be back.

Always best store in Toowoomba. Food looked exactly like pictures, prompt quick service with a smile.

Uber eats order arrived with items missing. The Hungry Jacks Manager on duty & lady on service counter were very nice about it and replaced our order even though they didn’t have to.

Thank you again for the great service.

It wasn't the fastest HJ but the burger was constructed really well. Best made burger I've ever had from a HJ. My hubbies was the same. Well done.

Every time I have eaten here either in-store or drive through the team has had amazing service. Shout out to the tall girl who took my order tonight, didn't catch your name but you were nothing but smiles and enthusiasm. I've worked in fast food and know that this isn't always easy to maintain so good on your for being so welcoming. Meals are amazing value and I received my order quickly. Keep it up!

I like how their service double checks what your ordering .
Their service, checks again before going through the drive through.

Food was great for the eating and all my crazy alterations was followed to the letter but it took 40 minutes which is ridiculous considering my precious time is precious

Order 29 dollar meal, 2 whoppers, 2 cheese burger, 4 drinks, 4 chips ,everything was fresh except the two whooper , took them back in they replaced them , straight away

Tasted so good as have no hungry jacks where we live. We do have that other place but you couldn't pay me to eat that rubbish. It has been months since I have been able to enjoy a whopper. Bloody marvellous
