We lost our mobile phone at Grand Central shopping mall, Toowoomba on Sunday. We didn't know where it could be. It was about 5:30pm when we noticed that it's lost. On the following Monday I rang the mobile phone again and BIG W staff lady 🥰 replied from the other end and said that our phone is there!🤩
WHAT A RELIEF! ( not because of the value of the phone, but the information it contains) Thank you so much BIG W , from now on, Every day with you will be really a Big Day for my life ❤

Always feel welcome, all staff are extremely friendly. Sometime you might find some extremely great bargains. I bought a Sony soundbar that was discounted $300 and resold it online for retail price

Shopping here is better value for money than shopping on Wish or eBay. You can see the product, no disappointment when the item arrives not like described and often cheaper! Love it!

It's a big department store. Many stocks and products to browse as well as reasonable and affordable prices. There's also weekly specials on various products. Friendly and helpful staff. Cool place to shop.

Found the centre 😎 overly big and being in a wheelchair ♿ some people are not so helpful 🙄 they are comfortable with their own personal problems l was very disappointed and a lot 😞 to get around and enjoy the experience sorry
