Charlotte who served my partner and I at the registers must be commended on her customer service. She was knowledgeable, helpful and patient as she served us. A big thank you to you Charlotte. A great asset to the Bunnings West team.

Last thursday when I came in to your store, I was served by a lovely young girl named Justine. I was struggling to find the right hinges for my door, and she happily pointed me to where I needed to go and served me once again with a bright smile on her face and was so nice for the whole experience, definitely one of the main reasons I’m going back. Wonderful service Justine, thank you!

Product range good but some staff are a bit touch and go.

I had never been to this store before but I would definitely go again as the staff were so friendly and helpful.

I had a fantastic experience at Bunnings recently. The customer service was exceptional, especially from Rachel. She went out of her way to help us carry our coffees to the checkout when we had too much to handle. Her assistance made our visit much smoother and more enjoyable. I would like to thank Kearli, Beck and especially Naomi for their exceptional service to me today. I had been very frustrated at still not being able to get a part for my whipper snipper, Naomi thank you so much for your kindness and understanding of my situation, the highlight of a very difficult year.

I had a pleasant visit today browsing for different things, 2 staff asked if I needed help in their sections and then Norm and Helen helped me find what I needed in the kitchen section.

Who doesn’t love a Bunnings trip? This Bunnings is just like all others Bunnings. Always good for a browse and to get the odd plant and item for the house project.

I always love visiting this store every weekend. The cafe is also great. Everything is always very clean and tidy, and the staff are extremely friendly. In particular, Rachel in the nursery section is always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Her friendly face is a bonus. Keep up the good work!
