Target Toowoomba

It has good quality clothes but I’m not sure of that for much longer since the owners of Kmart bought it and we all know the quality of Kmart clothes like that it sells tech items customer support is good store sometimes is a mess but it’s only on restocking day and sometimes the day after it’s a okay store.

I was in grand central today, desperately looking for beans for a bean bag chair. I called target and the young man I spoke to explained he would need to go and look if they had any left. He didn't put me on hold as he walked over to the bean bag area, he updated me along the way. He said there were 6 left, he asked how many I needed and I told him 3. He said he would put them aside. We reached target about 5 mins after that conversation. The shelf was empty, but he had indeed put the 3 bags aside for me. I didn't get his name, but it was excellent customer service, he went that little extra for me and now my little boy will have a bean bag chair for Christmas. Thankyou whoever you were! We really appreciate it.

Great store with heaps of options. We love Target and this one was no different.

Staff were really helpful and friendly when I asked about a certain item I'd found on the website. They were happy to have a chat and guide me to find the item I wanted when they were not 100% sure themselves. We found it in the end and had a good laugh together. Felt like an adventure in itself.

Spacious and my gosh, as neat as a pin.

Children's gear is great, and heaps of it.
Women's wear is fantastic in the larger sizing for larger women, which is by far the best range I have come across.

Fantastic service! Customer Service lady (with blue hair, so sorry I didn't get your name) helped me save money by using my Flybuys rewards. She assisted others as well. So lovely to see someone passionate about helping customers. She made my week! Great store too with awesome range of clothes. Well laid out and easy to find everything.

Shop was tidy and had the t-shirts and socks my husband and more variety than most Targets he has been in over NSW and QLD.

Nicely set out this store with the store layout and new checkout counters. Some staff need to be a little more positive. Door lady was the most positive. Prices are the usually for target they must have a good flow of stock not much clearance items. But overall well priced.

Target is a big department store. There are so many products under different categories. Many nice clothes, shoes and other household products. There are also specials from time to time. Friendly staff. Good place to do shopping.

They have good winter collections. The maintenance is very good. I am very much satisfied with their customer service. The clothes are also not overpriced. The cloth quality is good. I like shopping in target. Also thinks other than clothes like kitchenware and other household items also, they have decent collections in them.

Great store, but a strong lack of more fancy/going out type of clothing. It all appears to be very Casual clothing.

For a department store they are pretty good. Service is not to bad never had a bad experiance.
I wish it was more easy to put warranty claims in like some sort of record keeping. We bought a vacuum cleaner and 10 months later it dies Philips offer 2 yrs warranty. But the receipt has badly faded. So got no way of putting a claim in. That's disappointing. But not targets fault. It makes me buy appliances for other outlets that have a good record keeping systems.

Although I don't like the quality of some clothing items here and sizing in women's clothes, the customer service has always been excellent. Staff have always been polite and helpful on every occasion I've visited this store.

I rated them 5 stars but still I was injured and like 3 min walk they said I need to pay $22 for delivery which it didn't make me happy but everything was cheap and good

Love love love Target. Their staff are friendly and always willing to help. Their kids clothes range is incredible and amazingly priced.

Helpful staff. Store is designed for a pleasurable shopping experience with it's wide aisles and plenty of room to move. Always has a good variety of merchandise as well. Well done Target Toowoomba!

Friendly staff and the place is clean. The products will last for good amount of time. Worth the price for the things.
