Bunnings Toowoomba North

Came in to buy some plants for my spring garden! A beautiful girl named Millie spent so much time with me, helping me pick out flowers that would flourish in my full sun garden, even going out of her way to find me the best quality / not wilted ones !

After I purchased around $300 worth of plants, seeds and seedlings she even helped me load the many plants into my car!

Amazing service, the team at Bunnings north always go above and beyond ! Will definitely be returning!

We where able to pick out a couple of thousand dollars of product with his help with ease for our bathroom renovation.

I just want to do a huge shout out to Tim working on his own in the North Bunnings cafe today. This guy is not only fast and polite, he makes an amazing coffee and does it all with a smile. Management please consider some form of acknowledgement for this man as he deserves to run the show and you don't want to loose him!

The store is only approx four years old and in a good location with lots of parking. A very large, well stocked branch with staff happy to advise on how the many products available can assist in any projects we might have in business or at home. The staff are always undergoing training to improve their knowledge and service expertise to the public.

Went to this bunnings to get some turf with my husband. Walked through the door and recieved a warm welcome from Dan. As we walked through the store it was immaculate. There was no clutter, stock was marched neatly and everything was clean. The indoor nursery blew my mind, the best idea I seen was having those posters with care tips for the plants they sell that were on the bench. Was such a pleasant experience seeing so many team on the floor and such a clean store.

I would like to thank Peter who helped me buy a 2 out seats a 3 and a 2 seater. He found and assisted me to load them after I payed. Peter wasn't even from that section. Best 5 star service . Thank you again.

Wonderful service at the Paint Counter by staff member Rachel. She was friendly, knowledgeable and did a wonderful job matching my paint colour. I also witnessed how well and positively she worked with and assisted other staff members and customers who needed advice.

Previously I had written a bad review about this store until I visited again and was served by the most polite young man in the paint section his name was James and he exceeded every expectation. He was knowledgeable professional and deserves an huge pay rise. I then visited a week later and the gentleman who served me again in the paint section was an older man that looked like Santa Claus he was wearing a bright yellow skirt not sure why but he also was absolutely amazing he answered every single question he actually knew where to find on the Bunnings website I could see demonstrations of what I was doing and he honestly went above and beyond. This Bunnings store is by far now one of my favourites and I will only visit the store from now on because of the incredible customer service these two gentlemen provided.

Love this bunnings. The smell is so good and just brings the childhood memories flooding back in. Great layout and prices. My favourite place to go for fun!

We have been to Bunnings multiple times these past few weeks as we fix up our first home. Usually find exactly what we need and get a lot of help from friendly staff members who always do their best to point you in the right direction.
