That Home Shop

They say to support local,small business but this store is one you should avoid completely. The owner Caroline is nasty & will hire youth/young people & treat them poorly. You will not be allocated the lunch break you're entitled to. The owner will bully you into working 8+ hours straight (with out a break). If you go to the bathroom they will literally call you as to why the store isn't open. They will make you feel guilty & won't allow you to go on a toilet break or lunch break.

If you ask me Caroline is a complete control freak, And does not treat employees in a lawful or respectful manner.

Supporting this business is supporting corrupt employeers. People like Caroline need to be reported to fair work more often so they can be penalised for their unlawful behaviour.
