Came in to Nat taking photos of the store to plan some rearrangements. She was incredibly friendly and bubbly and though I was after a couple of items, I enjoyed my time :) it was clear she had fun in her position, too, and we spoke briefly about table sets and aesthetics.
I passed by before every now and then and always thought it seemed a good place to visit, and I would 100% recommend it to anyone, a very large variety of tableware to select from and very well done layouts.

Did some Christmas shopping there on Monday. Outstanding service. Nothing was too much trouble. They even found a shopping trolley for me, to put all my purchases (from a days shopping) in.
Great products, huge variety, but for me it was the amazing staff.

This is great homewares store with stock changing regularly

We were mooching around the shopping centre, not looking for anything specific The store had 30% off everything, so we dropped in to have a look. We had previously bought a number of goods from this store and been happy with the purchases. My husband took a paper towel dispenser to the counter, asked a question to which he received a smart-arse reply. He was also going to buy a pizza tray for a friend. He was standing at the register holding his credit card in readiness. The assistant said that the marked price was incorrect. It was a little higher, so he could pay the dearer price or 'according to the rules of fair practise ' he could cancel the transaction. As ex retailers, we were both nonplussed. So she repeated herself. We cancelled the transaction, still confused by the experience and left the store with nothing. It wasn't about the money, it was the principle. We checked the ACCC regulations when we got home and as always, the retailer is obliged to sell the product at the marked price. For the sake of $3 or thereabouts, the assistant had lost the sale and the customers. Would we go back there?????

Do not shop with these guys if your are getting a gift for someone or purchasing off a registry. As you have no control over the despatch time, if when you open the goods they have been smashed in transit but not reported within 14 days, these guys will not replace. States on the document from the company you have 14 days to exchange or refund for peace of mind if products do not suit, but no time frame mentions under the damages/incorrect order section of the document. You will only be advised once you contact them and then if you need the item, the gifter and recipient will be left out of pocket due to their carelessness. Even sent pics of the goods damaged but still in the packaging but they can't do anything apparently 🙃

Terrible customer service, would not let us EXCHANGE (not return!) the colour of a water bottle I bought for Christmas as a present because it was after 14 days. The lady in the store was rude and unreasonable - we merely wanted to change the colour. Never shop here.
