Called into Galaxy Lighting & Fans on 20/10/23 & looking at option with ceiling fans & spot lights, staff were very helpful explaining the different brands & functions & most importantly no pressure from staff to purchase. Galaxy is certainly worth a visit with a large product range for all budgets.

Local family owned and run. These guys understand lighting and can explain your options clearly and accurately. I've only had to return two of the many lights I've bought there. There after sales and service is just as good as thier product knowledge. I also appreciate the lolly bowl by the cash register.

Excellent service and staff. Went in with 0 knowledge about what bulb or measurements I needed. The lady that served me was lovely and gave me the most likely choice from the very limited information I had. I did end up getting the wrong size but that was entirely my fault and they refunded me the entire cost. Very impressed and happy to go next time.

This must the best electrical supply business in the town. The owners are so lovely and take extreme pride in serving customers. I'm building a house and was in the store to buybfans for the house. Everyone at the store is extremely knowledgeable and has no hesitation in spending time with customers. The store has a wide variety of stock products in a very reasonable price, in comparison with some of the other stores in the town which are extremely expensive. No doubt in recommending this store to anybody purchasing electrical products.

We purchased a double beautiful ring crystal pendant light, absolutely loved it...
Have had it for nearly 5 years but In the last 4-6 months was slowly playing up then
Stopped working altogether....thought I’d go and have to pick out another light (as only 3 years
Warranty)But they said bring it back in we will have a look at it....later that day had a phone call
To come in and the factory was giving us a complete new one, as it’s faulty.
Exceptional service, we where not expecting such a kind gesture due to being out of
Warranty! WOW!! You don’t get service like that anymore! Thankyou for making our
