Boynedale Bushcamp

Great location, setup, camp area & a very quiet, would also be a fantastic spot for fishing, but at the time I was there, it was too windy & water was too low for bank fishing, except at the boat ramp, so you’d need a boat or kayak to be able to go fishing, all in all I’ll be back when there more water to try out the fishing

Great spot for a couple of nights here at the free camp.
Toilets were very clean and well stocked with loo paper.

Absolutely beautiful. Has toilets, Telstra phone reception, plenty of space for the kids to play. You can take a kayak and go for paddle or throw in a fishing line.

Great spot. Stayed 7 days, would have loved to stay longer. Large area with non-smelly long drop toilets. Will venture back one day.

One of our fav spots. Internet is hit and miss with Telstra. We are lucky enough to have a mimo antenna which takes us from no reception to 3mbps to 80mbps and 4 bars reception. So must be good enough band in sight if U are equipped to do so

This is a great bush camp with clean composting toilets. The place is very clean and tidy, thank you to those that have stayed and taken their rubbish with them!

Beautiful bush camp with immaculate clean toilets. Very peaceful and relaxing. But of a smoke haze spoiling the great views.

Great campsite with good drop amenities. Some firepits. Dump point just up the road from camp. No rubbish bins, so take your rubbish with you when you leave please

Awesome council run campground. We really enjoyed two nights here. Safe enough too to lock the van up and head out for a drive to see more of the Gladstone Region.

Free camping, you can't bear it. Accessible without a 4x4. Mainly caravans. No facilities other than an eco toilet. Located on the lake side and plenty of room. No internet signal at all. Super peace and quiet

Great free stop over max 7 days, great to be at a free bush Camp and has a great Eco compost toilet so no smells and clean to use, well done local council

Plenty of space to camp kids enjoy riding their bikes. There is often a snake in the toilets.

Good out there, but at the moment the water us all dried up and grass so there will be no swimming 😔

It's a great get away for the weekend just to meet and talk to people who are doing the same thing
