What a beautiful serene place. So impressed with this place we stayed a couple of extra days at the caravan park. The water board have outdone themselves. Amazing picnic area that has bbq huts, children's playground, and well maintained gardens and grassed areas. This is such a magical area, especially when watching the sunset over the mountains and water. Thought I was in NZ watching the sunset at Lake Wakatipu. It’s an OMG moment. Beautiful, peaceful and truely amazing.

This place was picture perfect...perfect for family gatherings... But take some wood for the BBQ... Could have sat there all day

What a beautiful place to stop and have lunch. The amenities are clean and well kept. The view is awesome. We were surprised to find it was not packed full of people during school holidays. A very peaceful place to visit.

Such a nice place for family hangout. Nice playcorner for kids, readmade shade. There are little view boxes which are awesome to spend time in. Sweet gentle breeze!
Oh! Toilets are available as well.
