Their install Tech Alex is great to deal with, I request that he attends my projects as I know he is neat, detailed and doesn't stuff up.

Purchased curtains a blinds through Bliss and am very happy with results. A slight glitch with the curtain hooks but was rectified in good time. Mario was always responsive to my emails and the installers were efficient and polite

Bliss has put in four sheer curtains, all of which are approximately 12inches too short and one blind missing. Informed would be sortedout week commencing 22/10.
Nothing then told week commencing 29 /10 again nothing then 6/11same result. nothing. Now going Into 4th week. Paid $5000 for installation discusting setvicepstallayyi

We have been waiting for over a month to have our window coverings installed. There seems to be no organisation in the company anymore. Not happy Bliss
