I feel so lucky to have found this wonderful dental practice for my young son and I since moving to this area. Dr David and Dr Craig are incredible dentists - so kind, patient and professional. They were so sweet and gentle with my son, and took the time to explain everything to us in detail. The nurse Alex entertained him and was so calming and kind. Five stars at least!!

My dentist, Josh is a highly skilled and caring professional. A great dentist. His manner with his patients is the best I have ever experienced. Puts you at ease and understands your anxiety and feelings about dental visits. The hi-tech equipment and methods add another layer of expertise that builds confidence in this practice. I broke a tooth and couldn't get to my usual dentist a month ago. A colleague recommended Coastal Dental. I saw Dr Joshua Lee who was amazing! Dr Josh is an exceptional dentist whose knowledge of and expertise with Biomimetic Dentistry sets him apart. He is kind and compassionate, takes the time to explain each step until he’s satisfied I understand and am comfortable moving forward and follows up to make sure everything is as it should be. Did I mention his virtually pain free technique? The rates at Coastal Dental Care are also very reasonable, another plus for this practice. I cannot recommend Dr Josh and the whole team at CDC Mermaid Beach highly enough, thank you all so much for a positive dental experience every time.

I have been attending Coastal Dental Care since my arrival to the Gold Coast in 2018. Each and every visit has been an exceptional experience. The reception staff are always helpful and attentive.
All dental work by Dr Josh Lee and his co-worker Luke has been carried out and well explained. Major dental work attended with minimal discomfort. I never feel uncomfortable knowing I have a dental appointment at Coastal Dental.

I have a great fear of Dentist, however I would highly recommend Dr Joshua Lee. He has made the extra effort to ensure I’m comfortable and informed the whole time. His professionalism, knowledge and care were second to no dentist that I have ever been to and I am in my sixties.

I've been a client of CDC for many years and am very happy with this dental practice. Reception staff are friendly and welcoming and my dentist Dr. Lee is excellent. Great to talk to and very caring. He includes me in all aspects of my treatment and options at each appointment which is reassuring.

This morning my husband broke one of his front teeth. We quickly called our son who lives locally for his recommendation, to call Coastal Dental Care. We called just after 8am, they answered!!!!! And how lucky my husband was to get an appointment with Dr Craig Waring at 9:15am this morning. Dr Waring went above and beyond to fix the tooth, with such care, explaining all throughout the appointment! Cannot thank the whole Coastal Dental Care for the professional service. Ive been to many many dentists. But I have to say Josh actually makes going to dentist a little more enjoyable. Hes just so damn good, nice, honest, and gentle. He doesn't try and upsell and say that you need things when you dont. Hes quick and thorough. Seriously Josh you are the best the best Ive been to in my 45 years of going to dentists. (no he's not my relative LOL) Hes just VERY good :-). When you change your dentist and go to him and the staff at Mermaid Coastal you will not regret it. The girls are lovely and Josh's dental assistant is very good as well !!!

Dr Josh Lee was amazing, caring and patient with my husband. He has a fear of going to the dentist and of needles and needed multiple large fillings. Over a series of visits Dr Lee made the whole process a breeze, he really couldn’t have done any more or been any better. I am so thankful that we found him- my husband is now cavity free!

Joshua Lee treated my partner for teeth whitening he was very professional but also down to earth and made my partners first time dental experience in Australia a memorable one. As a person who has had trauma from dental visits in his home country he was not too sure about going to a dental clinic anytime soon here in Australia. But after speaking to Joshua Lee and going through treatment with his teeth my partner was very comfortable and he was able to provide information where he could understand the service provided in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Joshua Lee it is hard to come across customer service like this nowadays let alone someone that treats like you a friend than a paying customer we will be back again! 😃

Saw Dr Joshua Lee today. Extremely professional, thorough, detail oriented (both with the teeth/oral and general patient comfort), friendly and down to earth. He was running on time and we finished on time with everything being completed correctly the first time. As other reviews have stated, he told the facts with no sales pitch. I feel so fortunate to have found Dr Craig Waring. After visits to 3 clinics on the Gold Coast, I almost gave up trying to find a skilled dentist I could trust and started looking in Brisbane till I was told about Coastal Dental Care. Craig is a mature-age professional who really knows his stuff and he explained the treatment I was about to have in a clear and reassuring manner. I'd endured an abscess for almost a week and he navigated a tricky tooth extraction that gave me immediate relief. I can't thank Craig and the girls enough for making feel at ease and valued as a patient.
